"Great hotel"

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel staff was great, breakfast was pretty good and our room was very nice. We ended up with a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was a huge futon type bed, when folded out complete it was easily the size of a king size bed. My daughter got her own crib which was an actual mini crib, not a playyard.

Great room for the price and a safe location. Hotel was very well kept - clean - I was a guest for 2 nights and would stay again if I am in the area and need a Hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable beds and the room was very nice and clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices-something for everyone. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming even the morning we left. We will definitely stay at La Quinta again.

Hotel staff is really helpful. The room and bathroom was large and comfortable. Overall, you may feel like you are staying at your home. Due to bad weather (the road was freezing), we had to delay our check out to the afternoon, but the hotel manager was happy to do it without any extra charge. I would stay there again if I have some business in Plano.

I have stayed in many hotels in Plano as I travel back and forth to Texas on business and pleasure. I was very surprised at the quality of this hotel. The room was very clean and large. The customer service was outstanding and the breakfast was filling. No problems only positive experience. Will definitely stay here again.

I was actually a little worried about what the hotel was really going to be like considering how cheap the room was...but I was very pleasantly surprised! The hotel seems pretty new, the room was very modern and was comfortable. We wanted to stay in a cheap room so that we did not have to drive home during the last weekend of the Texas Rangers because we had tickets for both days. We were VERY pleased with our stay. And there is an IHOP in walking distance!

For the price, this hotel can't be beat. The breakfast wasn't all that great, but there is an IHOP right next door. I have already booked reservations to stay here again.

This hotel was perfect for my 2 week business trip. It was in a convenient location, provided complimentary internet access, and there were a variety of restaurants close to the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was very convenient as well, and the fitness room was just enough for my needs. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating, and the hotel was kept in excellent condition. The refrigerator in my room wasn't working correctly and they replaced it with no problems. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others.

When we arrived, we discovered that our reservation for 3 people through hotels.com was werely a request in the eyes of this hotel and all their two queen rooms were taken. We were offered a king room as the bed "could fit three people". Is this a hotel or a youth hostel?! Our indignation was met with an offer for a cot in the room at not extra charge and a free breakfast (which wasn't included). We accepted as it was late and we didn't want to go searching for another hotel, but when we got to the room we found that there was no way a cot would fit. We also discovered a bulb missing from the bedside lamp that was still plugged in (a safety hazard) and it was obvious that someone had smoked in our non-smoking room, as there was a feint smell and the smoke detector was covered with a shower cap. How this went unnoticed by the maid was beyond us. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean, but in the morning we went for breakfast to find it had ended an hour earlier than indicated in the hotel guide in our room (we weren't told on arrival). Of course, the response was a metaphorical shrug of the shoulders and we lost our breakfast compensation. We left grateful that our uncomfortable stay had ended.

This hotel is modernly updated and offered a good breakfast variety. The location was convenient. The only negatives were the bathtub needed to be resurfaced, the facial tissues were very abrasive, there was some noise from the hall (Yelling, doors slamming) during the night, and the room had a moldy odor.

If anyone has stayed in LaQuinta before and got tired of all the hotels in the country looking alike, you need to visit this one on your next trip into North Dallas. It was ver appealing and the colors and updates are wonderful.

I liked the hotel as a business traveler. It is conveniently located. Great way to start off your day with breakfast. The only strange thing is you had to ask for lotion at the front desk. They do not leave it in your room. Maybe just a way to save money. Great hotel....great staff
