Since this was a leisure trip with children we were highly disappointed to have not been aware of hotel renovations which included no use of the hotel pool or spa. The ice machines were also not available. Stayed 1 night but cancelled 2nd night.

We were is a renovated room that was very nice. The first floor was under construction, but it didn't hamper our stay. The staff is wonderful and extremely good natured and accommodating.

Our stay was good. The hotel is currently under renovation, will be really nice. Had to laugh we were in a newly renovated room, but the couch in the sitting area was missing, kind funny seeing 2 lamps and a table, but no couch. Hotel is an easy fairly close distance to CSU,which is why we were there.

The first room had a terrible buzzing and vibration in the floor. I'm very sensitive to energy and had to request another room. The second room had two neighbors of kids - lots of kids running up and down the hall. I called the front desk and they helped some. The service, staff, location, breakfast were all great. The things i would improve upon were the beds as far as comfortable mattress and the parking needs more spaces. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was helpful and courteous. The pool was clean and the fitness area was well kept. The breakfast was typical but adequate. The heater was a little loud and even though I turned it off, kept cycling on and off throughout the night. The overnight desk person was helpful and accomodating to my early hours.

The room was OK, and everything worked well. We found a letter in the room from the new owners that included a list of improvements they planned for their first year. It was dated 02/12/2012. None of the room improvements listed appeared to have been done as of 10/22. Sink had a chip and crack, some of the bathroom tile also cracked, older carpet. All […] were on the list of improvements. True, there are a few months left, but it left a bad impression that they wouldn't complete their stated goals. Close to the malls and the university, very easy to find. Clean comfortable room. Bed was extremely comfortable. Entire complex was clean and well maintained. Friendly front desk employees very helpful and recommended good restaurants in the area. The hotel is nice, didn't interact with personnel much. On check-out day, the elevator was out of order, a monumental deal for the wife who has arthritis. Other than that, had a good stay. Location is close to many good restaurants.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It's starting to show its age, which explains the renovation that was going on. The room seemed clean enough. The service was average. There were two occupants in the room, and as we returned one evening, we found that only one bed had been made. Did the housekeeping staff get distracted? The air conditioner's […] cooling was intermittent. The breakfast was typical of lower priced hotels. It was fine to stave off hunger, but you wouldn't want it to be your main breakfast. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and accommodating. We didn't use the amenities such as the pool or workout room, but they looked adequate. For the most part we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We did not try the breakfast either day we were there. The service was nice. The hotel is located about 200 feet from the railroad tracks that go through town. Although the trains slowed down at night and did not whistle, they still woke me up. The train going by at 6am did not slow down and blew its […] horn. The passage of this train actually shook the building. I would not recommend this hotel for light sleepers. The beds were decent, but the pillows were a little flat. The handle over the soap dish in the shower was repaired by using screws to secure a shower curtain ring. We stayed in Ft. Collins ,CO for a week and we couldn't ask more from a hotel ! From the well maintained accommodations, the free breakfast with multiple choices , the fitness center, laundry room and swimming pool with hot tub, who could ask for more ! Staff was very courteous and made the check-in and check-out process quick and easy. As noted in other reviews, there is a railroad track near back side of the hotel. We got a front side room and never heard a train once.

The worker at the hotel desk when we checked in was one of the most helpful hotel employees I've ever met. Great start tot he weekend! The only downside was the train tracks that are directly behind the hotel and we were awoken at 2am by a passing freight train.

The hotel was great for our 1 night stay. Our meeting was in downtown Ft. Collins but it only took us about 10 minutes to get there. The hotel is off the main road, so we didn't have loud traffic noise during the night. We also found restaurants very close by.

The only issues I had were the shower head in the bathroom sprayed out from the top which went through the shower curtain and soaked the floor. My other issues was the frig froze all of my drinks and my veggies i purchased for morning gym time. The knob inside was missing so I couldnt adjust it down.

This hotel is close to the CSU campus, so it was perfect for us to visit the college or our granddaughter. The hotel has a beautiful pool and work out room, good continental breakfast, and quiet location. There are many good restaurants nearby. Our room was comfortable and fully equipped for our convenience.

I was just a one day business trip but we found the young lady at the reception very polite and welcoming. The room and the bed were clean and in the morning a young man was very pleasant and efficient. Breakfast offered options and it as enough for a hotel stay.

Bed was unbelievably uncomfortable and the walls were paper thin (thank you to our neighbor who had an alarm going off at 430 and didn't turn it off until 8). Breakfast was good and staff was nice and helpful. Location was good-close to main roads without the noise of heavy traffic.
