Hilton Mexico City Airport - Mexico City

The hotel was very nice and the service was some of the best I have seen. The one down side I noticed is that smells seem to permeate the hotel from the airport. Sort of a burning rubber smell, I am guessing from airplane tires as they land and take off.

We stayed at the Airport Hilton because of an early flight. The location is excellent for that purpose. Everything else is mediocre, particularly considering how overpriced the Hilton is. The carpet in the room was in horrible shape and needs to be replaced. For some reason, the credit card machine in the bar and dining room was not working. We'd paid in advance precisely because we had an early morning departure, so we insisted on paying via cc after dinner. Rooms on airfield side are quieter then those on road side. Loose steel plated on road make constant clanging noise with vehicle traffic. Access is confusing. No clear sign or direction. No curb side baggage handling by hotel. Must pay two different baggage handlers to get bags to hotel. Had to continually ask for bottled water. Usually only supplied […] one bottle of water a day for 3 people. Handicap accessible bathroom has a lot of room for improvement. Can't access toilet with wheelchair without first driving into shower. Breakfast buffet was good and restaurant open 24 hrs which was handy. Read more

very convenient for long layovers. i should have researched the shuttle service hour more before arriving though. our flight was delayed till past midnight and apparently hilton's shuttle service does not operate after midnight. we had a flight on sunday at 2pm, but the shuttle service did not start until 2pm on sunday.

It is in an extremely good location within the Mexico City airport. A few feet from the international gates. The rooms are dark and sad, though. Ok if you just need a few hours sleep in between flights or need to catch a very early flight.

Very conveniently located in Terminal 1 of Mexico City Airport (MEX), and not too expensive, considering that it allowed us to catch an early flight and not have to deal with city traffic. The staff were very helpful and supportive.

Good value in a hotel right in the terminal. Very convenient. All of the accoutrements were very acceptable. I could not get the Internet to work in the room, bit it was fine in the lobby. Hotel in good condition the only problem was that you can hear all piping trhu all the hotel, if somebody open a shower in the upper room or at the sides at night or very early in the mornings you will wake up since is real noisy.

The location is the best for transferring to early morning flights. thought the surrounding area is not so inviting the access to the subway (excellent system as long as you avoid rush hours) and taxis and long distance buses. The restaurant has some exceptional modern cusine.

The Mexico City airport Hilton is by far the worst acuosticly designed hotel I have ever stayed. You could hear a pin-drop from your next door neighbor. Is clean it has a great location if your staying overnight in Mexico airport, but plan on bringing some heavy duty earplugs.

This is a new hotel so everything is pretty spiffy. We only spent 1 night before getting on a plane but it was pleasant and quiet - despite it's location IN the airport. Getting TO the hotel (and the airport) is a whole other story however.

Very convenient. Right there when you get through customs. Staff very friendly and helpful. A little pricey for food and drink, but it is at the airport after all. Great for the night right after or before flight. If you want the Mexico City experience it is a cab ride away. I will be back....gracious

We love this hotel. We fly in and out of Mexico City a couple of times a year and we always try to book this hotel. This time, our flight was delayed over eight hours and we didn't get in until 5am and they gave us a late check-out without charging us. They were so nice and hospitable and helpful in every way.

Nice rooms, good staff and right in the airport. It is in terminal 1 so if you need to leave out of a different terminal you will want to plan for that but overall a great hotel to stay in for the location. I wouldn't stay here if I was going into the city but just to catch a flight it is perfect.

I have stayed at the Hilton in the Mexico City Airport several times and each visit is great. The room is clean, the location is fabulous. The only complaint I have is regarding the WiFi. This last stay I was not able to use my computer and this was an issue.

I have stayed in this Hotel several times and it is perfect if you are departing from the Airport as it is located right in the centre of Terminal 1 by Gate 8.They run a shuttle bus to Terminal 2 every half and hour but I use the skytrain which departs from gate (puerto) 5 in terminal 1, its free if you have a connection.
