We had a great wedding night stay at the Grove Park. The Inn was beautiful. The room was beautiful. The view was gorgeous. We had the most fun at Elaine's Dueling Piano Bar!! I only have two small complainants. One, the buffet was a tad overpriced. Second, we were very surprised at the low thread-count sheets. For that kind of money, you'd think we'd have nicer sheets. But overall, a great night!

Hotel staff was helpful and recommended a great restaurant. Convient to Biltmore, which is what we came to see. Not the Ritz, but good enough.

Very clean & comfortable. I was a little disappointed in breakfast, but it was ok. I would stay again if passing through

Came in late and had our dog. Our room was on the second floor midway between both stairways---so we had to carry his crate and all the bags s great distance. The clerk at the receptionist desk told me that Hotels.com had not told the hotel that we had the dog. However, it was noted on my receipt so I do not know if that was a true fact. The fact that the stairways were at either end of the building, rather than in the middle of the building made the transporting of our gear difficult. Other than that , our stay was great. We were in town to visit a friend who lived nearby.

"Excellent service; rooms smell but decent layout"
I was impressed with the service and the morning breakfast. As well, I could actually make a quick meal out of the evening 'snacks' (they had chicken breasts, corn, and biscuits one of the days). I loved the layout of the rooms; bedroom can be closed off from the kitchen/living room with a door. However, I was not impressed with the smell of the rooms. […] They claim to charge guests a large amount of money if they smoke in their rooms, but it is obviously not enough. My first room was full of cigarette smell. It was just aweful. My second room was much better, but still smelled (not of cigarette, but of 'used room'). Read more
