I booked this suite again for my birthday weekend! Everything was awsome especially breakfast. I wish the pool and hot tub stayed open later than 10pm though. Everything was awesome as usual

I absolutely loved my stay. I felt like it was a true get away. The hotel was beautiful. The hot breakfast the next day was devine. Definitely reccomend it to everyone.

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke (supposed to be non-smoking) and it was dirty. It served its purpose as a stopping point on our way to Florida, but that's about it. Ick.

The person at the desk wouldn't end her personal conversation to assist me. I told her I had a reservation, but didn't listen and attempted to charge me again for the room. The room was fine and it was a stop along the way to my destination.

Checked into hotel very late like I said I would. Office manager was slow to respond to the buzzer, I interrupted the perm she was putting in her hair. The room was uninhabitable due to maintenance issues. Toilet was filthy and the lever to flush it was missing. Their was a terrible odor throughout the room. I checked into Rm. 113. Power did not work in the wall sockets/ TV didn't work and the bulb over the desk was either burnt out or power was shut off. Booked online for a one night trip to Montgomery. Arrived at 10 p.m. on a cold night and was directed to one room and upon opening the door discovered the room had not been cleaned by housekeeping that morning. Desk clerk says wait, I'll get you a key to another room, don't move. So as we stand out in the cold he retrieves a key to another room. The […] second room is clean, marked non-smoking on the door and upon entry it smells like a smoky bar. The sheets had yellow stains, the towels had brown stains and the room was not very clean overall. If it weren't freezing outside, we would have gone elsewhere. Right when I walked in to the room I had a nature call, went to the bathroom and the toilet had fresh yellow marks, probably from the cleaning guy, cleaned it then sat down then saw the fridge and it had stains of ketchup or something like that, ugh, this was it but still disgusting, shows how good their cleaning crew are.

When we arrived the staff was friendly. But entering the room. The kitchen sink dripped, the bed sheets did not fit, the television was extremely small and dark and could not adjust. The person next door stayed up all night and kept us up. It was horrible and never again will I stay there.

stayed for football game at auburn. close enough to auburn and on way home so that we didn't have to back track. Close to places to eat after ball game. Enjoyed trip even that we lost.

Everything was as it should be for the price. I only gave a 4 for quality because it's not a 5 star hotel. But for the cost the room was wonderful. There was a fridge and an elevator so the only downside was paying for internet, but I think we still came out ahead.
