We had only an overnight stay. The hotel staff was excellent, and wehn we asked, we were given an upgrade to an ocean view room. A lovely place to stay.

It was great. View was great. The weather was spring time at the beach. Room service food was above hotel food standards. We had a room on the top floor at the end so it was quiet. They did start vacuuming hall ways at 830 though, not a problem for us because we are up earily. Pool was good, a little run down but ok temp wise and fairly clean... the […] shower next to the pool never warmed up so you know that no one every showers before hand. This hotel is very close to the beach for walking on the beach and it has an indoor pool with hot tub to relax in after walking on the beach.

Down the hill and across a road and you are on the beach. This was the best night's sleep we got on the road. Because it was a large, block hotel the room temperatures did not fluctuate and it was quiet. If you need to open your windows at night get a third floor room or above. This was our second BW Plus hotel on our trip through Oregon. It did not disappoint. It is located right on the ocean with a beautiful big beach. The staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism. We were directed to parking area on a hill above the hotel where we could enter the hotel via a bridge (walkway) to the 6th floor. I stayed 2 nights with my Mom for a weekend coastal getaway. We both were very impressed with the Hotel, Location, and staff. The room was great with a Wonderful bed and soft pillows. Very nice accomodations and a great beach for walking, kite flying, sand castles; you name it. It would be nice if they offered continental breakfast with the stay, but the location is super and only minutes from everything you want to see. Definitely a hotel we will keep in mind for a return trip.

The location of the hotel was great. We were able to walk to the beach. The hotel itself is outdated, but appeared clean. We were disappointed that breakfast was not included as it was in all the other Best Western's we stayed at on this trip.

great as always. Only suggestion is that because of the trees surrounding the property, it is a little hard to see when you are traveling south. You don't see the sign until you are already past the turnoff. I don't recall this issue in prior visits. Excellent service and food in the restaurant was very good. We went for the Seafood and Wine Festival. Hotel was nice and clean. The bed and pillows where very comfortable and staff was super nice. My only complaint would be the staff in the hotel bar where not very freindly at all! Slow service and a very rude waitress.

Found mold on ceiling by sliding glass door. You can not see it away from the door since a valance hangs down in front of the door. Also the sliding glass door gets condensation on it & the door track on the inside of the room. Ceiling recently scraped & white residue on valance by door. Place needs to be renovated. Room was too high priced for the size & condition it was in. Put in pocket doors in the bathroom. You have to stand next to the toilet to close the door. Even though I was told the chemical levels in the hot tub were fine, I was unable to get in without my eyes burning, so I didn't use it. We stay at this hotel every summer because it's clean, extremely comfortable, quiet, updated and very reasonably priced. You also can't beat the panoramic ocean views. Just minutes away from the wharf, the aquarium, Nye Beach and downtown--it's the perfect getaway retreat!

This is a nice hotel on the beach. It is family friendly which can translate as a little loud if you are in the over 55 set. The room was clean and spacious. On the downside, there were only three luggage carts for the entire hotel which was inconvenient. Would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The hotel is located on the beach, and if you have a an ocean view you can see the Yaquina Lighthouse from the room. There is not anything too extravagant about the hotel. The only "grip" we had about our stay was that the maid service did not get to our room until 4:00pm, which made it inconvenient when wanting to get ready for dinner.

This hotel has a very nice view of the ocean and is almost right on the beach. My 12 year old & I enjoyed our swim in the large indoor pool and hot tub. The staff was helpful.

Food in hotel rest excellent. Delicious local fresh fish. Good service, beautiful view of ocean while dining. Breakfast is not free, but great selection and worth it. Hotel is steps away from beach area that is part of park. very private, nice long beach for walking. Highly recommend!
