Woman at the front desk was not knowledgeable about the area, e.g. did not know where the convention center was, gave incorrect directions for walking to town, and could not help me find an airport shuttle. I enjoyed being close to a major highway, which made my navigating the unfamiliar neighborhood easier. However, there was nothing special about my particular accommodations that made them stand out from the other hotels I've been in recently. The staff were kind but attempts to reach them by telephone from my room were often met with ringing after ringing […] with no connection. The "free" breakfast of cereal and toast and bagels wasn't exactly what I was expecting. No weight room. Nothing to make it warrant more than a one- or two-star rating. Nice little place to stay, just off the interstate. The only thing I dont like are the shower curtians, need to be moved out a little so they dont cling to you while you are showering.

They allowed a late check in so we got there in the middle of the night, the attendant let us park in the 15 minute parking spot overnight because our truck was too big for the one tiny spot left, so that was really nice. The room was comfortable, nothing to really complain about.

Room was missing enough towels when we arrived but staff brought more quickly. Continental Breckfast was poor. no fruit. no muffins. no warm cereal. Just cold sugar cereal, and sugar packaged snacks. The room was filthy. Dried food on carpet and pictures. More dirty spots on the carpet then clean spots! Could hardly see out the dirty windows. Dead fly on the ceiling. Overall bad experience.

By far the worst part of the hotel is the staff, the same person was there when we checked in and when we checked out. She stands outside and watches each guest load their luggage, then is rude when you check out. the hotel itself is lacking in comfort, beds are uncomfortable. Overall we would not stay at another Econo-lodge.

the only bad thing was the freeway exit was closed and the road to get to the hotel was blocked because of the construction. Had to call and get directions off the beaten path to get there. Hotel was quite clean and all was great once we got there.

The Hotel Room was clean, the beds were comfortable and we had a local newspaper at our door in the morning. It was perfect for our one-night stay, very comfortable and a lovely neighborhood close by to go for a walk in the morning, too!

Room was great. Very clean and comfortable and convenient. The only problem I had was, and we checked out early, so there was no one to tell this to, the sink drained VERY slowly, and the handle on the faucet was loose. Also one had to hold the tolilet handle down to flush.

This was a nice little hotel with nice simple rooms. No pool. I good place to stay if you need something simple in going through town. It is right off the highway. There was a light breakfast - cereal, muffins, and some danish treats. Service was nice and friendly.

The hotel is located away from the center of Provo, but our car got us anywhere we wanted to go. The continental breakfast was OK. Everything worked well.
