the beds were a little hard, the pillows were very small, and the door to the bathroom were too close to the toilet so you had to scoot behind the toilet to get the door closed.

Great location with malls and super stores all around you. They have Costco, Sams, Target Superstore, and even a Dave and Busters right down the street. Decent accomodations.

It was clean, nice & very affordable. My only complaint is that 1 of the bath towels felt like it had been used, but the dampness could have came from the vent in the bathroom, so I didn't even complain. We visited Dave & Busters & Studio Movie Grill, which is only about a mile away. Horrible! Will never stay in another Extended Stay America. The "Non" Smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, so our clothes smelled like an ash tray when we left. When I pulled back the comforter there were long hairs on the sheets. There was no ice vending machine nor were there any plastic cups, shampoo, conditioner, or "wash cloths" provided in […] the rooms. The entire first floor smelled like cigarette smoke. This place was nasty. I would say you get what you pay for, but I've stayed in much better accommodations than this for the same price. A little confusing in that there are two Extended Stay America's right next to each other, so make sure you are pulling into the right one, but for the price, it was a really nice room and the surrounding area was not too run down.

On my second visit there was no soap in the bathroom. So we had to wash our hand with dishdetergent n I had to leave out to go n get some soap from Walmart a long ride.

The only drawback in my estimation was the fact that they allowed smoking in this hotel. We booked a nonsmoking room but I guess the previous guests didnt know this. Additionally, the smokers in the other rooms could not keep the smoke to themselves. It came though the vent in the bathroom, and under the cracks in the door. Overall, it was O.K. I did not like the fact that the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and you can smell it through the bathroom vents. Smoking and non-smoking rooms should not be on the same floor. Ther needs to be better pillows are more pillows on the bed. That made trying to sleep uncomfortable. We tossed and turned all night long.

On May. 12, 2012, I stayed at Extended Stay in Duluth Ga. A week before this visit I stayed here and the visit well great, but on 5/12/2012, The room was gross. I stayed in room #127, the counter top, had not been wipe down and no one had not vacuum. There were toe nails, all on the floor, beside the bed. The neighborhood and location were good. The hotel itself looked very clean from outside, however, once checked-in, it was different story. I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, and there wasn't a single day when a maid came in and cleaned the room. I didn't really need to have the room cleaned while I was staying there, but I found it very odd that they […] really didn't bother to knock and check to see if the room needed to be cleaned or not. Arrived to sign that said back in 15 minutes. No one answers phone. No shampoo or conditioner (and no one to get any from). Non-smoking room is not the same as taking a smoked up room (and floor for that matter) and spraying chemicals. That just doubles the smell. Hotel was average, pretty much what I expected. The bathroom was small- you cant shut the door unless you move to the side of the toliet. Bed was hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. My main reason for staying in an extended stay was for the kitchen. I wanted to be able to cut down on food expenses. The room had 1 pan, not enough to cook with. There was no dishwasher. There was no sofa bed. I actually was placed in a Queen Suite.The bed is NOT comfortable.. it was hard, no pillowtop. I asked if the king had all the features described […] on Hotel.com, they said no.. the same as the Queen Suite and the same price. Would i stay again, NO.. I stayed to cook.. Also room service is on your 3rd day, so because my 3rd day fell on a weekend I had to wait til Monday (i checked out Tuesday/checked in Thurs). So you have to walk towels and sheets to front desk and they will give you clean ones.. For just a $100 more I could have stayed in a better hotel.. next time i will just pay.. and eat out..
