We booked a king bed in a pet friendly room. They had no pet rooms left and had to put us in a queen bed in a non pet room. The bathroom door would get stuck and had to be "pulled" open. Otherwise, the room was spotless and very peaceful. The staff was friendly.

Myself and my 3 boys stayed 1 night to visit family nearby... We were pleasantly surprised by the service we received. The pool is nice for my older boy and the continental breakfast with excellent. There was a lot of food options!

The hotel was most excellent this time, a big improvement over our last stay. Breakfast was excellent. Location of the room was as poor as we have ever had. It was the furtherest room and the view was of what appeared to be a dump. Our entire stay in Seattle was great except for our room. Fortunitly we didn't stay in the room much.

The staff was courteous and professional. We were upgraded for free from a Queen to King without asking. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was great about our stay. When I asked about the airport shuttle, they were very up-front about the fee. I just wish the Expedia site had told me so I was prepared for it.

i am not sure what happened between 12/6 when i stayed there and 12/10 when i stayed but i was terribly disappointed. there were 4 cars in the lot at 11 pm which led me to believe there weren't many customers. so in hindsight i couldn't understand why they put me on the 3rd floor, at the very end of the hall, next to two other people (me, 2 guests, […] a clerk equals 4 cars in lot), were the halls were unheated (it was 33 degrees outside), and so far from everything that i chose not to venture from my room for breakfast because of the freezing temps INSIDE the hotel. my heater ran all night as did the bathroom heater and my room barely got comfortable. i spoke to one of the other residents that night and he was of the same opinion. it was ridiculous the way we were treated. when i checked in the lady never even looked up at me. when i left the guy didn't stop what he was doing to check me out. i just left after a few mins of waiting. it was like night and day in the difference from 12/6 to 12/10. now i see why they don't have business on weekends and have to drop prices. it is an ordinary hotel on a 3 to 3.5 star level. the best part to me where the ladies working behind the desk. they gave me directions, recommended places to eat, spoke every time i entered or left..... really a very polite and comfortable crew.

The Pool was extremely small. Breakfast room was tiny - with one waffle iron for everyone (15 minute wait for a waffle). Dropped something under the bed & found used Kleenex & an empty beer can. We won't be staying here again.

When I first got to the hotel I was glad that it was clean because that's a biggy for me, but I was dissappointed about the location because I thought it was closer to the zoo. It's about an hour drive to the zoo. The hotel staff wasn't really rude, but they weren't that friendly either. I had to stay a total of 4 nights because my car was having problems […] and they didn't offer any kind of a discount even though I stayed for that long and they didn't act like they cared at all about my situation. Pack conditioner because they won't give you any there. They don't use garbage bags-which I thought was nasty. The first morning I woke up to tons of cops armed with assault rifles outside the hotel and an old lady being took away in an ambulance. Then I noticed that someone had scratched into our screen the word Help, and I was very scared to stay there. The peep hole was messed up where you couldn't see who was at your door and I got a knock a couple of times and they wouldn't answer when I said who is it so I didn't answer. Breakfast shuts down at 9. I wouldn't stay there again, the cleanliness is not worth the the creepiness. Read more

Wasn't the best stay I've had at this chain of hotels. The front desk refused to upgrade to a bigger room, refused to give us a roll-a-way cot, didn't keep the pool towels restocked, and was reluctant to restock breakfast items at 7:00am. I wouldn't stay there again.

This place was a nightmare. There were pretzels all over the floor in between the beds. One set of the bed linens had blue splotches all over - have no idea what they were. There were dirty clothes in the closet from a previous guest. And most annoying of all, there was little to no hot water. Had about 15-20 seconds worth as I began my shower - just […] enough to get soapy and then the hot water was gone. Stood there shivering for about 3 min - tried it again and got enuff hot water to get most of the soap off. When I shared my experience and disappointment with the clerk at check, out she said she could not give a discount or offer any kind of refund, but would send me a voucher for a complimentary stay by email by the end of the week. I really liked my room. Very neat. I do not smoke and it was a smoking room. It was cheaper than the non smoking room. I really did not smell that much smoke. I will though stay in a non smoking room next time. the breakfast was ok. not alot but satisfying. And next time I come to town I hope to have the time to use the pool!
