The room was okay but the toilet got stopped up. The whole floor had some problems though. It was resolved quickly.The room was really small but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was not accessible to the living room. Kids have to come in the main room to use bathroom. Therefore privacy for adults can be limited. Food was okay. Bath towel was wet and had blood on it. They did not change all towels from previous occupant. A/C stopped working during the night but came back in the morning. I have stayed here previously but they were waaaayyyyy off their game this stay.

The only thing I would suggest to Seniors is be sure and get a room as close to the elevators as possible. It's a long walk from the elevators(2) which are located not far from the lobby to many of the rooms unless you are on the first floor which has an entry to the hallway from the parking area. Otherwise I had an excellent stay!

It was wonderful. The property itself was very clean and pleasant. The staff was cordial and help. They had snacks in the main lounge every afternoon and tasty coffee and hot chocolate available always. I will definitely return to this hotel again when in Houston!

Room was clean. Thought fridge might be bigger and there might be a kitchenette but it was just a microwave and mini fridge. No dishes. Condition of hotel was good. Room was comfortable. Neighborhood was not great - not that it felt unsafe, there just wasn't much around except a luby's.

My husband came here with our 1 and 3 yr old and this hotel is ideal for the the family. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the rates are very affordable. We will definitely come back or stay at same chain of hotel.

I only really needed sevice from the staff one time after checking it and that was toothpaste and it was up with in minutes less than five.
