I stayed due to a wedding i was attending near by. over all it was allright nothing unexpected, not much of breakfest, kinda sucked

Booked the hotel to get away and relax. It met my expectations the bed was comfortable and the layout of the room was nice. The seperated living area was great. Truly got alot for the price we paid.

Stayed here for a wedding, the rooms were surprisingly large with a living area, desk, couch, and mini fridge/sink. Huge high quality flat screen tv that swiveled. The bathrooms were a bit small, but it's not like you spend most of your time there anyway. I actually liked that the sink was outside the room; easier for two people to get ready. Free breakfast, nice service.

This hotel was an excellent value for the money. The only lacking was a hot tub in the pool area.

Hotel people are very helpful and the hotel is situated in a good location with great restaurants in nearby neighbourhood. Hotel shuttle service was great

We enjoyed our room - it is very nicely decorated. The bathroom was a bit "blah" for as nice as the rest of the room was- but it was clean, great shower pressure, too. We'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel, the breakfast bar food was plentiful, fresh and constantly refreshed. The room was clean and comfortable. This hotel takes part in a "green program" in which towels and sheets are not changed daily only if the the room occupants are in agreement.

Satyed in this hotel one night and I wish it was more. The place is brand new and had wonderful rooms with quality beds!!! It was quiet and the staff was very nice!!!

This hotel was extremely well-kept. The furnishings were all very modern and the large flat screen was a nice bonus! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, and hope I get another chance to stay.

This hotel was great! I wish we had more time to spend there. We were there for only 1 night, the room was clean, the entire Hotel was very clean. The pool was awesome. I love the room setup. The TV was huge, big enough to be enjoyed on the couch or bed. Lovely hotel. Would return anytime.

The Hotel room has very nice features the 42" LCD tv mounted on the wall. The bed and look of the room was very nice. The only problems were the price of the food was a little much. The pool area had no hot tub. Which for older older people is something we very much want. The staff was very nice. The building clean. I would give it an 6.

The room even with curtains drawn was way too bright with the morning sun. The room was near the ice machine which along with maids made for too much noise. Appears a lot of families go with children to use pool and they were unsupervised in hallways. The bed was too hard for me and overall was dissatisfied with stay

i thought the room was very nice and the price was affordable, i would definately stay here again!

When you walk into the room, you immediately enter a very spacious and comfortable seating living space, that flows into, but is nicely divided from the guest sleeping area with 2 double beds (in my case). In the living space, there is a corner desk and wet bar area. Again wonderful space! The bed sleeping area is a bit more tightly designed but has more than adequate space in front of the sink area. I truly enjoyed my stay. And by the way, the first floor dining / bar area is nicely detailed with wonderful furniture, finishes, lights and ceiling treatments. Nice BIG 42" flat panel TV screen visible from both the living and sleeping area. NICE TOUCH! My stay was absolutely wonderful.

There was only one elevator in service and there was a large group of school students and parents staying at the hotel. I understand that a large school group is a nice booking for a hotel, but I think a regular guest should be warned about this, just as there is usually a warning when a hotel is under construction. The noise in the hallways and the mess that was left behind by the group was awful. The parents that supervised have no consideration for others.

Considering the rate we got through hotels.com, I was shocked at how great the room was. Fantastic contemporary decoration, 42" high-def TV, really comfortable beds, and a great living room area were all much appreciated. Probably my favorite aspect of the hotel though was the electronic check-in kiosks. All you do is swipe your credit card and the machine spits out your room number and keys. Same for check-out. We didn't visit the front desk once. Overall, this is probably the best place I've ever stayed in for the money and I plan to frequent the hotel often in the future.

We found this hotel online last year and specifically came to this hotel again because for the price we found it to be of exceptional value. They have a great breakfast available w/fresh fruit. The only negative comment is that we found there sandwiches & muffins just a little pricey.

Could have just stayed in the room and watched the 50" plasma. Very comfy bads and pillows.

This was the first time we'd stayed at this Hilton. We attended a concert at the Sears Centre & found the location of the hotel to be quite handy for that. Plus we did a little shopping at Woodfield Mall, again, not too far away for that to be inconvienent! considering you're in Chicago & everything takes 30 plus minutes! Fun, contemporary decorating style, my husband LOVED the big screen TV in the room. I loved the dual mirrors on the bathroom door & closet door. They were placed so you could see yourself from both front & back. Always a nice touch for a woman! We'd stay here again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay and it was very clean. My husband loved the 42" tv. It was quite a ways away from downtown Chicago (the miles were wrong on Hotels.com website). That is my only complaint. I would definitely stay there again!

I normally stay in Schaumburg but was unable to get a room at my usual hotel so I booked at this Hyatt Place and was very happy. The staff were freindly, the lobby and rooms decorated very nicely and the fact you could get food 24 hours a day was a plus. The room was spacious and the huge PLasma TV and "network center" with all the ports for hooking up different devices was an outstanding touch. Free WiFi in every room is great as well. I would have liked a slightly softer bed and a microwave in the room and a fridge with a mini freezer. The carpet had a few minor spots, but nothing unusual. The decor was nice with the granite and wood and the room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. I would stay there again.

I would have given everything about this hotel an outstanding rating but I couldn't because of only one problem. The air conditioning sounded like a freight train going off and on. It made it hard to get a restful sleep...and that's what you're there for. I appreciated the size of the room, the furnishings were lush, and the personell were very helpful. If this little problem would be fixed there would not be any complaints.

Great Stay very impressive room size. Beds very very comfortable. Only issue was room key didn't unlock pool aread had to get help to get in to that area. Breakfast was also great. Will definitely stay here again.

the room was very nice and updated but it can use a microwave in the room, we had dinner and some left over but no one could warm up our food.

The room was very spacious with a huge plasma screen TV that swivels for viewing in either the living space or from the beds. My son and husband enjoyed the spacious room very much and we didn't feel cramped at all. I have no complaints about this hotel room other than the beds are not the most comfortable - very hard. I would visit again.

I came here with my significant other for my birthday weekend and enjoyed our stay very much, but there wasnt much selection on the cable channels. I wish i stayed longer than a day. I will come back here again.

We stayed at this hotel over the Thanksgiving holiday and were travelling with a 10 week old child. Our room was incredibly large, large enough that we had enough room for the pack-n-play crib and plenty of counter space for all the baby supplies while not feeling the slightest bit crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel with everything one could ask for in a hotel. The only thing that I found a little odd was the inconspicuous front desk because of which I had to search around when I first arrived at the hotel.

The rooms were great! Big and spacious, comfy bed, nice bathrooms. The 42" plasma TV was nice, but there were hardly any channels.

The room was fantastic. It had a living room with a cool japanese screen thing seperating the bedroom area and a flatscreen tv that tilts. No ugly hotel comforter, this whole place is updated and stylish. Breakfast is continental but you have to pay 5.00 for eggs, potatos and bacon in the morning. The only thing that was a little wierd is that there is no microwaves in any of the rooms.

I very much enjoyed by stay. The room was like having a studio apartment, very contemporary furnishings & great for a business traveler. The bed & especially the pillows were excellent. The staff was very pleasant & willing to help. I recommend this hotel & would stay there again.
