Very nice hotel but terribly expensive. Internet service in the room was $12 an hour. A beer in the hotel bar was also $12. The in-room bottle of water was marked 390 rubles (about $13) but the maid gave us as many free bottles of water as we wanted off her cart. Also, they don't tell you this when you check in but free wireless is available in the […] lobby. I spent $36 before I figured it out. If you need to do laundry, you can pay $20 an item for the hotel service or wash it yourself in the bathtub; there's a convenient clothesline. No guest laundry room as in US Marriotts however. The entrance to the hotel is on a one-way side street. Our taxi driver couldn't find it an dropped us off on the busy main thoroughfare. The bellman was nice about coming out to get our bags. Actually everyone was nice, especially Ksenia the evening concierge, who directed us to several excellent and moderately priced restaurants within walking distance. For another guest, she actually phoned him in the restaurant to ask if he had found the place. Really delightful. Read more

This was a solid hotel for the price. The rooms were clean and the beds were more plush than what you find in most European hotels. This hotel is centrally located, and is a ten minute walk to Red Square.

The bathroom facilities are disappointing. The shower is poor and water leaks all over the floor due to poor design of water drainage. Also there is minimal storage for cosmetics and toiletries in the bathroom. The airconditioning was not very effective. We stayed in room 421.

Booked room for family (4 Pax), but they had us in room with only 1 king bed. Switched us to 2 doubles plus a rollaway which was perfect. Very convenient to metro, grocery store 1/2 block away. Excellent location. Pool was great for the kids. Highly recommend.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Concierge and front desk staff all spoke good English and had lots of information to get around Moscow and any services or shops one might be interested in. Rooms were well kept and nothing went missing while touring Moscow. Red Square and The Kremlin are a 15 minute walk from the hotel exiting and heading left. […] Food was excellent and the menu was varied. Health club with was very clean and staff also spoke very good English. The jacuzzi was great to relax in after walking to Red Square and downtown all day. Nice gift shop with old Russian hats with USSR pin. The only issue I had was the internet kept going offline. It was high speed when it was working. I would stay again. It was well worth the price. After we left our group tour, we moved here for price. It's near the Metro, but not a convenient line. And taxis are almost impossible to get, plus traffic is terrible. We would strongly recommend staying within walking distance of Red Square, as then almost all the tourist sites will be within walking distance. The hotel charges for WiFi in the room […] (not in the lobby), and drinks and meals are very expensive, but that applies to most Moscow hotels, so eat and drink elsewhere. Also they give you only one small bottle of water daily, more being very expensive. So buy it at a supermarket. L'hotel è situato in una posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla fermata della Metro (mayakovskaya) e a meno di 15 min a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Belorusskaya (belorussky rail terminal) collegata tramite l'Aeroexpress per l'aeroporto Šeremet'evo (SVO-Terminal F). L'Hotel è molto bello, il personale è gentile e disponibile (alla reception ho […] trovato anche una ragazza che parlava italiano Tatiana). Le camere sono spaziose e silenziose, ma non sono assolutamente da 5 *, il wifi in camera è a pagamento, mentre è gratuito nella lobby (al check-in forniscono un codice per l'accesso). La pulizia nella stanza non è stata il massimo, ma cosa ancora più grave non sempre sostituivano il bagnoschiuma e non rimpiazzavano la carta igienica. Ricordarsi di portare spazzolino e dentifricio perchè l'hotel non lo fornisce! Una pecca grandissima poi è la colazione a pagamento (33 euro). Molto più conveniente lo Starbucks che c'è all'uscita dell'hotel e i diversi cafè situati in zona. Se tornassi a Mosca sceglierei la soluzione "appartamento", più comoda e sicuramente più economica, ma non sconsiglio questo hotel a chi ha disponibilità di budget e non è troppo esigente. Read more

Ich war jetzt innerhalb des Jahres 2012 viermal privat dort (teils alleine/teils mit Frau) und war jedes Mal sehr angetan. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, zentral an der Twerskaja-Straße in Metro-Nähe. Die Zimmer sind dennoch ruhig, da sie ganz überwiegend zur Seitenstraße oder zum offenen Hof hin gelegen sind. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, […] ich selbst spreche zwar russisch, aber auch mit englisch kommt man gut durch. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Abends kann man im offenen Bar-Bereich neben der Hotelhalle gepflegt zu Piano-Musik ein Glas Wein trinken oder auch kleinere oder größere Mahlzeiten zu sich nehmen. Die Preise sind zwar absolut gesehen nicht niedrig, aber das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier absolut, ich habe in Moskau für dasselbe Geld schon mehrfach deutlich schlechter gewohnt. Le lit bébé n'était pas dans la chambre alors qu'il a été précisé lors de la réservation (on a l'impression qu'on nous a mis un bac à linge plutôt qu'un lit bébé). Goed onderhouden hotel met uitstekende kamers. Voldoende ruimte. Badkamer netjes en goede douche. Een paar nadelen; wifi op de kamer is zeer langzaam en duur. Ontbijt is compleet maar veel te duur! Staf is erg vriendelijk en in combinatie ,et een goed bed en goede douche krijgt dit hotel van mij een 9!

Très bon hôtel, rempli d'hommes d'affaires en semaine et qui se vide le weekend. Très bon accueil en russe ou en anglais. Petit déjeuner buffet gargantuesque. Proche métro et centre-ville. J'y retournerai volontiers lors de mon prochain séjour.
