I would not prefer to go back there, after paying so much money, reception girls not yet all helpful or doesn’t have courtesy - No proper reply to questions. Water is been stopped, no alternatives. Our room was waaaay to small!!! It had beds for 6 but absolutely NO room for luggage or even just to move around!! No TV in either room, only one face mirror in the cabin and no space to move around! Definitely not happy with our stay here!!

This was great value for our money. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the full kitchen was impressive, the shower was great. It is important to stress that this is in fact a camping ground with space for RVs and mobile homes for your stay. If you like the outdoors you will enjoy staying there.

We had a great time during our 2 day stay. The kids loved the pool and fishing areas. It was very quiet and relaxing! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Very close to Magic Kingdom and other attractions, including food and shopping.

We have a family of 5 and went to Orlando on Spring Break to visit Disney. Although the resort was completely sold out the entire time we were there it never felt like it. The cottages were new, clean & very accommodating. The only problem we had was the main bedroom should have had another tv. Other than that we loved it. Bed too small, only ordered 1 br, but got a small bed for husband and me, then another one room with bunk beds. I stopped at desk and asked for bulb that had burned out in lamp because husband wanted to read. Was told maintenance would be over to bring one. However, waited and no person came....got late so I called and said to forget it, that we were […] going to bed. Next morning, at 4 a.m., we were awakened by terrible noise such as something under the front of our cottage, gnawing, pulling, and eating from underneath. Tried to call front desk only to find out in brochure, no security or anyone at the front desk from 11 p.m. onward until 7 a.m. I was about to call 911 because it was very unnerving for both of us, as the floor was all that separated us from the animal, and even stomping did not deter whatever was under it. Talked to maintenance man next morning and we found the hole under the steps of the deck where the animal had gotten in. We liked the cottage; however, I thought that we should have been given a bulb to put in our lamp; nothing probably could have been done about the animal under our cottage; however, I would have felt better with 24-hour security. Otherwise, I found Tropical Palms Resort delightful otherwise and very neat and clean and full of things to do and very close to Old Town. Read more

Amazing, we will definitely stay there next year. Very clean and well kept. We had trouble with the TV one evening and someone was there to fix it within minutes. Very close to all the Disney attractions and so much more.

We prefer to stay in condos or similar so this cottage met that need. With this type of accommodation you usually have one room cleaning on a 7 night stay and if you need more towels or supplies you just go to the front desk. With the Tropical Palms, you are required to stay a minimum of 11 nights to have your room cleaned once. 6 of us reserved a cottage with 1 king bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 sofa bed and were pleasantly surprised to find that we got a neat little cottage with all of that, plus an extra bunk bed. If found that the cabins are outdated. Location is great and ammenities are great. Our cabin was the perfect size for 6, although the bunk beds were a bit out of place. The supplied us with everything needed. I would go back but if you are used to hotel quality, you might not like your stay here

Since this was a business trip for me, WiFi was critical. The "free" WiFi you can get from your cottage is soooo slow and spotty, it may as well not exist. I had to go to the registration area lobby each time I needed internet. This made my stay very inconvenient. By the way, there is no maid service unless you stay more than 7 days.
