Horrible customer service. Double charged for the room, and it wasn't taken care of even after I notified them the first time. The hotel is conveniently located off the highway right next to a trailer park. Don't stay here.

When checking in was alright . They could of used more of their Greeting towards customers. I liked how cleaned the hotel room was when I walked into the hotel room. They never called the room to make sure things was okay. They need to work on their customer service around the Food area in the hotel. But over all the hotel was great.

Great overnight spot, friendly staff, clean, walking distance to a few places to eat or have a drink. Wished I'd brought my swimsuit the pool looked very inviting. :)

The room above us decided to wake up at 5:30 and the soundproofing is paper thin, every step they took almost shook the room. I have never given a negative review before but this was the worst nights sleep I have ever had.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I had a problem with was the water temperature of the pool and hot tub, I found the pool cold and the hot tub was luke warm. The breakfast was good and many selections and the staff was friendly .

Check it went very swiftly and the front desk staff was very helpful and knew a lot about the area. That is very refreshing! The room was bright and cheerful and loved the decor. The elevator was a little bit slow, but all and all it was a fantastic stay and I would love to stay again when I am in Muscatine!

I got a very good deal through Expedia and was very happy with the value I got for the money spent to reserve two rooms. The rooms were clean and bright. I especially liked the fact that the beds did not have those rough old bedspreads on them... the sheets were clean and crisp and the bathrooms were cleaned well. The second room did have some stray […] HEAD hairs in the tub, but that was tolerable and easily taken care of. The continental breakfast was above average. The pool looked clean and well kept, although I didn't enter it. The staff was kind and courteous. If I had anything tending toward negative to say it would be this: Fairfield Inns were offering Target gift cards for each room reserved during the summer months. These were not offered to me, I had to ask for them. Read more
