I liked that this hotel had concrete walls. It made it quieter for us as we had some noisy people outside and we had pets.

Where to begin? My wife and I along with our two sons, ages five and seven arrived to find the light in the bathroom flickering on and off. I called the front desk for assistance and was asked to "wait it out, it should warm up and stay on". It continued to flicker and became very dim to the point where you could not see yourself in the bathroom mirror. […] Moving on. The toilet was slow to flush and would make a running sound after it eventually flushed that would last for ten minutes or so. The room was dusty and dirty as if it had not been dusted in months. The carpet was so disgusting I asked my younger son to keep his stuffed animal off the floor to keep it from getting dirty. The mattress was not comfortable at all. We did complain and were given another room on day 2 of our stay which worked out much better. Overall, this was not the room or accomodations we were expecting when we reserved this room. I would not stay at a Days Inn moterl again. Sorry, just the way it is! Read more

It took me an extra half hour of driving to find this place once I found out the direct freeway exit was closed. But the hotel was nice, the beds were just a tiny bit short, not quite full length, but long enough to be comfortable. The towels were nice, white and fluffy, the room was clean. Just needed better directions on how to get there.

I felt like I overpaid for the room that I got. The only real positive to my stay was that the front desk clerk was able to upgrade our room from one bed to two for no additional cost. This hotel beyond worth the piece. It's a five min walk from U of O. I went up to visit my boyfriend and it was easy to get to and from campus. The area is safe and there is a bus stop less than a block away. It is a 20 min walk away from Voodoo donuts and a 30 mins walk from Amtrak. I loved it for the price, considering there was a Ducks game going on that weekend. I did think there was a hottub there, but it was unavailable during our stay. That was a big bummer. This hotel is in a great location. I paid extra to book a suite with a jetted tub. However, when I arrived, my reservation was cancelled due to a "no show" despite prepaying. In addition, my suite did not have hot water to the tub. The hot water to the shower was inconsistent too. I contacted management and asked them to fix it. They never even visited […] the room to see if it could be corrected. They also didn't offer to change rooms or in any way to mitigate the issue. Days Inn's are francised. They are not all the same. Stayed in one a few years ago in Prescott, Arizona that was not wonderful. This one in Eugene was very nice.

Service was impeccable! We arrived late at around 1am and check-in was still a breeze. The front desk was helpful, friendly, and approachable. He also reminded us that breakfast would be served from 5am to 10am and the breakfast was pretty darn good. There's the usual offerings of cereal and oatmeal, but they had yummy danishes and biscuits with sausage […] gravy. There's also free wifi, but we didn't use it. the bathroom was bigger than the sleeping area! which is fine except there is not a door separating vanity from toilet and shower... traveling with 2 teenagers so it was constant battle for bathroom. Also disappointed there was no mini fridge or microwave in room. The staff was friendly & helpful & the location is convenient.

Even though it seems newly remodeled hotel, the water is leaking from the ceiling on the bathroom, and also the ceiling is just patched without paint. TV is old style. The WIFI sometimes doesn't work. The breakfast is ok.
