We loved everything about this hotel except that on a Sunday morning the coffee bar was closed, the buffet closed at 10 am and the restaurant didn't... open until 11am. So if you are trying to check out by noon, you better plan your mealtime or plan on driving a few miles even to get a cup of coffee. I am in the Twin Cities quite often, however I have not stayed at the Marriott Northwest before. It is at the top of the list for me. The staff was professional and friendly! I loved the new fitness center! One of the best I have been to!!

I really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel! Was clean great value for our room. People were very friendly. Close to HWY 94 that allowed us to have easy acess to where we wanted to go in the metro. Will definetly stay there again.

I was very upset when I arrived at this hotel, and discovered it was under construction. Then I was put into a double twin room, instead of the single King that I was told I would get. However, this error was quickly and courteously corrected by the hotel staff. My only other complaint was that the people in the room next to mine were obnoxiously loud. […] And I don't EVER go to a hotel, expecting it to be completely quiet... but when the walls are literally shaking, because of the volume of the music... then I get a little ticked off. But... the hotel staff asked them to quiet down, several times, and eventually they did. The hotel also refused to let them stay another night, which I thought was very warranted. The hotel staff was very accomodating and very nice. The room itself was very nice. The problems were twofold, thugh: The place was very "tore up" and dusty from the work being done. At first the pool was not going to be open but later they opened it but not the spa (hot tub). They were remodeling the outside during our stay. Nice place. It is off the freeway though, so our room was a little louder. Bigger rooms with a fridge and a bedroom. Smaller pool and hot tub but it was still enjoyable. We ate in the restaurant and ordered room service. Go Organic! Otherwise food and atmosphere were good.
