I would stay here again , It was a nice quiet stay, close to nice restaurants .The only problem I had was the pool was being worked on and that was the main reason we picked this hotel and that was not stated on the hotels.com site.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Pool area was under renovation so it was unavailable. It was not extravagant, but I didn't pay an extravagant price. Location could not have been better. I got a good value and a restful stay.

The location was perfect for a quick trip to visit family. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc. The room was above average, but not spectacular. It was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was incredibly kind. I would stay here again.

Staying in town for a family reunion. Hotel is right next to almost anything that you may need, food, shopping, etc.. I was happy with the amount of items, and variaty, of things available for the breakfast.

Everything was good except the mattresses...it was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on (unless you count the one in Motel 6 in 1986). It is a foam top, but it was smushed down and I rolled to the outside edge. Also, what is with these small pillows everyone are going with...not enough room to wrap your arms around it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small. Hotel renovations (or lack thereof) were not up to what I would consider to be Marriott standards. Indoor Pool was in need of maintenance and cosmetic upkeep, like painting, and sandy debris in the bottom of pool. Breakfast was the most disappointing. Not many healthy options at all. No lactose free dairy […] alternatives. Juice was not stocked and was loaded with high fructose corn syrup concentrate. Coffee also did not taste fresh. Staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly in getting us extra blankets for the kids. I was disappointed that the room was too small to accomodate a rollaway bed. (I have 3 small children.) They did not charge me extra for the kids, which was a nice trade-off, I guess. I did overhear that they were getting new ownership, so maybe there will be some upgrades. Hopefully they will retain their friendly and helpful check-in staff! Read more

We enjoyed are two night stay. Quiet and clean rooms were a necessity for us. Breakfast was out early and met our needs. Staff was polite and made us feel welcomed. We will look for and stay at Fairfield Inns in the future.

First thing to say is anything you need in the way of food, supplies, shopping... it's right around you in the biggest group of shopping centers in town. Our trip was to attend our famiily reunion just out of town, and this hotel was 5 miles away. Very convenient. My only complaint wasn't with the hotel, but with a housekeeping manager who kept interrupting […] our desk clerk while we were checking in. She had a walkie talkie in her hand, and talked on it constantly. My husband and I were carrying in our bags to the elevator and she was there waiting to go up. When the door opened she went straight in and pressed her button without even giving us a look, us standing there with both hands full. If we hadn't hurried into the elevator, We thought she was going to let the door close on us. Somebody needs to give her a class in customer service. Otherwise, the hotel was comfortable and everybody else had ready service with a smile. Read more

The overall stay was ok. When I went to check in they tried to charge me again, because they did not know I used expedia. Lucky for me I had my copy of the reservation from expedia. The next mourning everybody in the hotel go to take a cold shower. (NO HOT WATER) All we got was an im sorry.
