Our stay was brief. We were surprised that a breakfast was not offered except through a cafe in the lobby. The cafe had a very limited selection on the "menu". The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice and pointed out how placing a debit card on file for incedentals works. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Went to the lobby to get coffee in the evening and the young lady could not make a latte because she had not been trained to do so. Could only get regular Starbucks even though the menu was just like the regular Starbucks. Very disappointed. 5 out of 5 for getting what you expect out of a hotel, not to mention a very good price. Everything was clean, everything worked, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was the nicest I've experienced in awhile. The gym and pool were nice too.

I really don't require a fancy place but we booked this because it was close to the airport and HAD a pool AND hottub. So my children were devastated when the hot tub was out of service. They looked forward to the swim area the whole day. We definitely won't be going back.

Clean and modern conveniences. Shuttle service to and from airport was greatly appreciated. Staff was very accommodating. Hyda bed couch in King bed room also helpful. I would return. Reasonably priced! Thanks for a great stay.

The front desk staff was very unfriendly. They were terse and unwilling to help. There were a couple minor issues with he reservation that both desk people were totally unwilling to help resolve in any way. They were rude. Started the stay off on the wrong foot. Customer Service training must not be required to work there (or a dress code). The only […] real friendly person working there was a maintenance worker that was very helpful. Got in our room and had to kill a 5 inch centipede crawling on the wall. Told the desk and they only said "Really?". I am in that area often and I will NEVER stay at that hotel again. Read more

I loved my stay. My son and I came down to see the Rams play and discovered this hotel just a short hop from Dave And Busters. We had a blast that night and a great night stay. Then in the morning we found several great places for breakfast just blocks away. Very quiet, safe and very nice.

This hotel has the three main things my family looks for: an indoor pool, free wi-fi and free breakfast, which is made to order. About the only negative is that the hotel is in a huge business park and not accessible by any main road. But said business park is located right off I-270 at one end and I-70 at the other.

it was good for the money that we spend,simple,clen,small but clean pool. it was 30 miles away from downtown,it was not a problem for us we came with our car. go on saturdays to ya hala (9 minutes from the hotel) they have hooka and belly dance ,its intersting.

First, the room I was originally given was hot, 80 degrees hot with the thermostat set at 65, and the AC controls weren't adjusting the fan. I immediately returned to the front desk, politely explained the reason for my stay was that my home AC had died during the extended 100 degree heat in our area, and I was promptly given another room. The AC in […] second room was working fine but housekeeping didn't leave any toiletries in the room, no soap, no shampoo, nothing. And, there was no refrigerator. The furniture, save for the bed was older, worn. Not that the very slow and choppy wireless internet service was of much use most of the two days' stay anyway. When I alerted the front desk attendant to this on our way out to dinner, she was apologetic, disappeared for a few minutes to find us what we needed, returned empty-handed, didn't apologize for making us wait, said she would have what we needed when we returned from dinner, didn't bother getting anything together while we were out, and to really top it off, the attendant on duty when we returned disappeared the same as the first, only to return with a single, small hand soap and an, "I'm sorry, but this all I have on hand right now." No apology, no offer to have what we were supposed to have in the room to begin with brought to us, just the offering of a single, little hand soap for two people for two days' stay. Again, this is a Marriott Courtyard? If I have to stay local again, it won’t be at any of the Marriotts. Read more

We booked this hotel the morning of a last-minute trip with our kids. We frequent St. Louis and we wanted something that was close to St. Louis Mills mall but far enough away from the airport traffic or downtown. This location was perfect for us! It had two queen beds and a couch with a pull-out bed. Our room had a balcony but the weather was in triple digits on our stay, so we didn't really use it. The room was clean and well maintained. There was a bar area on the first floor and you could also purchase sundries in a little nook next to the front desk. The pool was a bit small and there was not a deep end, but it really worked out good for us. We went swimming late and had the pool to ourselves. We didn't utilize the gym but it looked nice, with tv screens above each treadmill. There were only a few minor issues--the elevator was a bit noisy and slow. Also, we had trouble opening our door. For some reason it would stick when we tried to open it. The front desk thought it may be related to the heat?? I don't know. Either way, we really liked the hotel and would stay there again. I have stayed at this property before and have had positive experiences in the past. However, I was extremely disappointed when I was awakened to the roof being hammered on at 7:30 a.m. I couldn't believe it! Apparently they were repairing the roof right above my room on the top floor of the building. The mere fact that they would sell a room knowing […] that a roofing company would be pounding away at the crack of dawn is quite ridiculous and infuriating. After hours of construction noise and disbelief, at 9:00am I finally called the front desk. They were oblivious but more than happy to relocate me to another room. The damage was already done. Relocating meant that I had to get out of bed, brush my teeth, get dressed, re pack my luggage, and then smile my way to the new room. When I got to the new room on the 1st floor I was so livid and the room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke it was giving me a headache. I was so disappointed and frustrated that I would rather go to work than spend another minute trying to sleep in this foolish situation any longer. I grabbed my bags, dropped my key off at the front counter, and without a word, walked out. I travel 300 days a year and this was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. I will never stay at this hotel again. On the bright side, there is a Springhill Suites next door which is much nicer and a better price for the quality of the accomodations. Read more

We really enjoyed the cleanliness and friendliness of the hotel and staff. The only complaint we would have is the noise from the freeway is a little bit loud. Other than that, we really loved it. We would definitely stay there again.
