Even though it's an older property, it's been nicely updated. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable and the location is close to everything. I would definitely stay there again.

The Yarrow is an older hotel in Park Cityand in a central location. It is maintained very well. Breakfast on site was good and convenient. The main negative for me was the lighting in the room was poor. There was no light fixture by the couch. But this is typical of many hotels as they install lower intensity bulbs in all light fixtures

Was a decent hotel. Easy to get to, it is right on the corner on the main road as you drive into the Park City. Not much selection of restaurants around. Wifi signal was so weak in the room that might as well be nonexistant. The hotels has a strange layout if you have to go to the second floor and take an elevator (did not see the first floor), you […] cannot find your room unless the front desk tells you that it would be in 'that' direction. The TV was the old big box style and small screen, few channels to choose from. the shower was squeeling the entire time it was running, annoying for sure and the AC was so LOUD that I personally could not sleep, would consider that if you are a light sleeper. Our housekeeper forgot to put bath size towels in when cleaned before us, or least I am giving it that much credit for leaving 1 towel for a 2-queen room. There was no charge for a one hour late check out. One great thing about this place is that it shares a parking lot with a grocery store, with that said, you get a late night traffic from all of employees leaving the store after 11pm, and early morning, very early, if your room faces that way. The Yarrow is an older hotel that they try hard to keep up. The rooms are comfortable with decent beds, tv and refrigerator. It was a maze to find our room, since the set up is rather unusual. My kids loved the pool area. It is outside and decent sized. It also has a good sized hot tub and there are plenty of chairs. The fitness room leaves a lot to be desired, but we hiked so who needs a gym! The location is great, you can walk downtown and to different shops. There is a Fresh Market store right next store. if you don't care about the condition, the service, and just want to stay down town park city then you will be ok. the hotel is more of a 1 star or less. Its history of the past probably got its 3 star rating.... but i would say it has not been updated in the last 15 years. The Yarrow is old, dingy, dirty, and tired. The price was right and I was reassured that it couldn't be too bad since it is listed as a 3-star hotel, boy was I wrong! Everything felt dirty and old. But there […] are a lot of other, much nicer hotels in the same area. There was a whole crowd of people (adults and kids) at the pool after it "closed" at 10:00 pm. Our room's window was near the pool and the noise kept us and our kids awake. Only after 2 calls to the front desk did anyone even go out there. It didn't help much because all the people did was get out of the pool. They stayed in the area and kept up the noise. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else. Anywhere else. We reserved a king room. We received a double queen in the back end of the hotel. Repeated calls to the front desk just rang and rang, no answer, so we had to discuss our room issue in-person with the front desk. They said it was an Expedia mistake of not letting them know what type of room we reserved. There were no king rooms available, but we asked […] for a balcony, and they gave us a double queen balcony on the second floor. While we were at the front desk, the phone rang and rang and rang, despite three people working at the front desk, and not all busy all the time, no one answered the phone. The whole hotel is a non-smoking hotel, yet we found multiple cigarette butts on our balcony railing. The toilet flush chain was broken and would not flush or fill the toilet, We felt that no one would answer the phone at the front desk, so we just dealt with it ourselves. We were going to a concert in Deer Valley, and we didn't want to drive home to Salt lake City that night. All other hotels, etc, required a two night stay, but we only wanted one night, so we chose the Yarrow. All things considered, we would stay here again, but we would make sure our wishes were accommodated upfront. Read more

Fire alarm went off at 2:30 in the night and again one afternoon-never told why but false alarms. Also children running and yelling in the hallways as late as midnight. poor sound control between rooms.

Good location: shares a parking lot with a grocery store, there's a movie theatre behind the hotel, additional restaraunts and a liquor store all easily within walking distance.
