Horribly disappointed!!! Will never stay there again! Pictures online are not what the rooms look like at all. Quality was not the best ive stayed. The air conditioner went out during the night and tuened the room into a sauna and couldnt get anyone to answer the phone at the front desk. The staff was friendly enough and overall the rooms were clean. Hotel location was nice as well. I would use this Hotel again if I were on a strict budget only.

Hotel Pigeon Forge was very clean, if a little outdated. The people were extremely nice. The heated pool was a huge plus, as it was chilly outside even in May. The continental breakfast was very good, too. We would stay here again!

I knew when I booked the HPF that it wasn't going to be the most plush or have the most amenities. We did get a mini-fridge, old-school TV with cable and a nice view. The hotel isn't really within walking distance to any of the shops or nice restaurants in the area, but I also knew that before I booked it. Clear details expedited booking. Internalized rooms nice safety feature for mother daughter travelers. The funky charm of an older hotel supported by a super clean, well cared for facility and absolutely spotless rooms. Dan at the front desk was fantastic!!!!!!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel was well managed, clean and we felt so comfortable at Hotel Pigeon Forge. Very comfortable room, with soft beds and clean everthing. We stayed in Hotel Pigeon Forge for two nights. The room was OK, the continental breakfast was good. I have to complain about the towels though, as only after shower did I find out that the towel I used has large pieces of pink stain which looked really disgusting.

This hotel was the worse I ever stayed in . The toilet was so loud when you flushed it that the people down the hall could here it. The air conditioner and refrigerator made lots of noise . It was so loud at night with cars banging their doors and playing music . The sheets on the bed would not stay on at all. We checked in late and there was no heat on in the room. When we turned the heat up to high to get the room warm it did not work well. My son (7) and I pulled all the covers off one bed and piled them up on the one bed trying to stay warm. Temperature outside was below freezing. We NEVER got warm!

First of all, Expedia did not give me an option of smoking or non-smoking; I assumed all rooms were non-smoking. Now I must admit I did not review my reservation as closely as I should; it came back as smoking, my bad. We had the room only for one night, it is a tired hotel but I must admit the bath room and sink was in good shape and no mold and no bad odor in the room as others had reported. For the money, it was not a bad experience but sure not at the level of the other 3 nights at the Hampton, but I did use points at the Hampton. It will not be my first stop in the future though. Overall good experience. Only problem was trying to communicate with cleaning staff. We tried to ask her about vending machines and all she could do was smile and nod her head. She sent us to the 3rd floor in vain.

A group of loud people were all over the lobby day & night with a bunch of kids running around. The rooms were outdated. The tv barely worked, the rooms above us started leaking water and flooded our room. Maintenance wasn't even on site .

Photos are very old. Reviews must be gamed as this is the worst hotel I've stayed at in over ten years. It is clean and functional but obviously a very old hotel in need of renovation. If you've not seen a CRT TV in a while this is the place to go.

The pictures on the Internet were at least 30, if not 40 years old. Everything needs replacing, not just updating. The carpets were stained and disgusting. The hotel is a little run down, the staff at the front desk were very kind. The maid service really was not there. We had to ask for toilet paper, they didn't leave any after asked and had to go to the front desk and ask for it. Did not remove dirty towels? or change out the ice maker liner or remove dirty cups. I have stayed in Pigeon Forge many times but have never stayed or heard of this hotel. We thought we would give it a try since we had never had a bad experience in this town. The location was good but the hotel was dated. It was suppose to have premium bedding and pillowtop mattresses. The comforters were dated but sheets were good. One mattress was […] old and hard as a rock. The other mattress was new and pillowtop. We arrived late so next morning we asked the manager on duty if they had a different bed due to was old and hard and not what was listed on Internet. She proceeded to tell me that her sheet states that both mattresses were brand-new. She never went and looked and kept saying her sheet said they were new and pillowtop. I asked again with a different manager later due to was unable to tolerate laying one the hard bed and was switched I a different room. Thankfully those beds were a little better but were still not pillowtop as they kept saying. The hotel was suppose to have continental breakfast but consisted only of 2 flakes cereals, whole milk, apple juice, coffee, orange juice, bagel, cream cheese, butter, biscuit, and gravel. This hotel was not a bad experience, but it was below our expectation based on the price we paid on a weekend that didn't seem very busy in Pigeon Forge. Hotel rates vary greatly in Pigeon Forge depending on whether there is a large event going on. For such a non-busy weekend, I would normally pay less for an older hotel like this one.
