    Stayed twice going and coming home from a trip. Both times there were items under the bed at the edge (once a pill, the other a handwritten note, so... made me wonder if the sweeper ever goes beyond the traffic areas. However, overall the room seemed clean enough, and probably cleaner than the way I left my house. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable.     This was a Baymount Inn and Suites when I booked the room. It changed over two week prior to our stay. Someone should have notified me and I could have made the choose to keep the reservation or change. NOT HAPPY!!!!

    I was moving from New York to Florida, and driving down in a uhaul with a car trailer. Which they didn't mind that I parked in the back. Basically, I was completely exhausted after driving 16 hours. Checked my Hotels.com mobile ap, and found this medium priced hotel one exit away. Check in was easy, and the clerk mentioned they had a sauna if I needed […] it because of the drive. My room was clean and well appointed, the bed was comfortable, and the room warm and quiet even with the window open a bit. Breakfast was good with a nice fresh waffle. Overall, nice stay. Read more

    Very, very good. This hotel was nothing fancy, but it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious. It's a little far from downtown Knoxville, but if the rooms downtown are all booked for a big football game, this is a very good choice if you don't mind the drive to get into town.

The staff was really great about putting us in a different room after it was evident that the first one we got had previously had someone smoking in it (in spite of being a non-smoking room). She was also very helpful directing us to restaurants in the area. The only thing that was sort of annoying was the fan in the bathroom that stayed […] on all the time - the bearings were shot in it and so it rattled.     The staff inquired about our party - I was surprised that they could take that kind of personal interest in us. The breakfast area was spacious and the selection was very good. Have stayed in much higher priced accomodations that weren't as nice. The beds were extreemly comfortable (in fact I checked to see what brand they were for future reference) and the staff were very helpful.     Staff was extremely helpful. There are a lot of restaurants within a couple of miles. We went to the movies right down the street. Great sports bar across the street. The hotel itself was quite and comfortable. No complaints. They must have invested a significant amount of money in improvements recently as it was nicer than expected.

    The cost per night was one thing that I liked and was the determining factor for booking it. The room was clean and the hot breakfast was very good. The area for the breakfast was very nice...love the large table in the room. It was convenient and right off the interstate. Would stay again.
