We were pleased by the Baymont. Our check-in was done very efficiently. The young lady who waited on us was most helpful in printing out directions to our downtown event site and providing warm cookies "just out of the oven". We would definitely recommend the Baymont.

They didn't get our room cleaned the second day and there was a problem with the plumbing that made a laoud hum for an extended period. Other wise...okay.

2nd time staying here was a disappointment from the last. Dropping off daughter for college in the fall we stayed 2 days and had a wonderful suite for my wife and daughter with a fridge pull out sleeper couch for her and lots of room. Picking her up in the spring gave us a two bed room which was okay and clean but not as nice. Elevator smelled, the […] breakfast was inedible and the room while clean just seemed not well maintained. The main reason we stayed was its close distance to the school and dining. The biggest issue with the hotel was: when you check in and they run the credit card for damage fees, they put a hold on the card to verify that you have money. When the card is on hold you cannot purchase anything with it, which can be very inconvient when you go to eat and dont have cash

We had stayed at the same hotel a month earlier in a different room. In both rooms, the drains were not working, except VERY slowly. Early in the morning when I took the dog out, a beggar came up to me asking for money and wouldn't take no for an answer. Stay was fine. Air in pipes when showering was almost deafening. Also, low pressure water-saver shower head was terrible. Sink drained really slowly. Fridge was on credenza blocking mirror. When I took the time at checkout to not complain but to simply report the problems with the shower to the "manager" - got little response from the clerk. I thought everything was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. A lot of people on the Internet had complained that it was hard to get in and out of the parking lot, but I didn't have any problems. The lady working the service desk was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself was clean and easily accessible. At check in the desk attendant explained that until we checked out an ESTIMATED $ hold would be placed on my credit card which was fine except 2 days after check out when I called to ask how long the hold of what turned out to be "HIGHER THAN ESTIMATED $" would be on my card I was told 3 to 14 business […] days. Seemed like a very nice hotel, very quiet, good location although a bit hard to find as everything is one way so you have to circle around to find it. Only problem i had was the shower made a lot of noise, and it did not have a refrigerator. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but for the price it met expectations. I would stay again any time.

Location was kind of quirky to get to, but the hotel was clean, service was good. Very good experience and good price for the room. I'm not a smoker, and I could smell cigarette smoke coming thru the vents. I would select somewhere else for an extended stay, but for one or two nights, it was good.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel in Tulsa. We have stayed there while we were in town to see a concert at the BOK center. Great location!! Tub and bathroom was dirty. Stayed Friday and Saturday night...called Saturday for more towels and was told we would have to come get them and we needed a couple more pillows and was told they had no extra pillows we could get. We had a King room and I guess you could say..."we got what we paid for".....Will not be staying here again!!!

The hotel is right of interstate #44 which makes it very convenient. The large multi-story hotel can be seen easily. It was very clean, very spacious and very affordable. I would highly recommend it. The free continental breakfast was more than you could ask for. I would stay there again and again.

The stay was a bargain. We stayed 3 nights for what it would have cost us for one night in Western Oklahoma. Some things are worn and should be replaced and cleaning of the public areas could be up graded. Our room was fine except for lighting. Would be impossible to read a book at night. I did like that they had a bright light switch on entry so you […] did not have to fumble around. Toilet and bath separate from lavatory seemed akward. Toilet works as well for men as women which I liked. Toilet paper was larger than many hotels and no thinner, so it did not take as much. The heater worked well from the thermostat and was quiet. TV was ok, but don't look for a lot of channels. The breakfast room was comfortable and fairly large but it seemed that food locations were not organized very well. There was a severe lack of protien in the selections. But lots of rolls, waffles, cereals. I drink decaf and thought it was good. Stay was well worth the money. Read more

The hotel staff is not very friendly. We had issues with being charged from both Expedia which is how we booked the hotel and also from Baymont. The hotel is outdated. When we stayed there, there was probably 4 other people staying in the entire hotel.

We we're in Tulsa just a few days to check out some of the nearby colleges. We chose to stay at The Bay Inn because it was centrally located and right off the freeway. The hotel was quiet and clean.
