The hot tub when jets came on I could see dirt in the bubbles. The pool had green mold on the steps. Please have a pool cleaner come out and clean the pools daily and check the water levels. Breakfast was okay but include bacon or sausages or something to go with the waffles and hard boiled eggs.

The guys at the front desk literally did not say a word to me. The hotel smelled smokey. Room was alright. Microwave was a plus. Location was good.

There was nothing "wrong" with his hotel for one overnighter. It was also within a normal range of value for money. What was lacking? Well, a shortage of sugar and creamer was irritating and the breakfast was less than stellar. So let's just say .. It was ok.

i was ok, i thought the pool was very cold and the hottub could have been cleaner, it also had a very musty smell to water. in the morning i had to hunt someone down for shampoo and coffee. The breakfast bar could have been maintained better.

My only complaints are that the electrical outlet in my room by the sink didn't work. I had to dry my hair at another outlet in the room. Also, for two days, the hotel elevator was broken. I was on the top floor and lugging up my luggage without any help was difficult.

We had a very nice stay. Several out-of-state family members had rooms here while attending a family wedding in the area. So that we could all be together for breakfast before leaving the next morning, we asked for a folding table to be set up in the suite where one of our family members stayed. For the most part, it was okay. The lobby and stairwells didn't look like they had been cleaned in a while. I was appalled to see a guest take 2 huge dogs into his room Friday evening. I hope certain rooms are designated for pets. I would hate to think the bed I slept in had a dog in it the night before!

My only issue was the strength of the A/C. The thermostat registered at 65F but there was no way it was that cool. I woke in the night 2 or 3 different times because it was too warm.

I was place in a forth floor smoking room even though I was guaranteed a Non smoking room. It look like some use a pry bar to open the window as the window had one inch opening around the window and I heard every car passing by the street. I had to stuff a towl to cover the opening. It also overlook the motel next door with a unfilled and in dis-repaired […] swimming pool, The ceiling had Brown water stain in the left hand corner and thankfully it did not rain during my Stay. Also the shower played a nice pierceing C# noise while it was running. I was told this was the only room available because the hotel was sold out as Aero-smith was playing in Cleveland and the New casino had just open up. I moved to the Hilton Gardens in Twinsburg for the rest of my stay. I have stayed in many La Quinta before and this was well below Standard. Never again! Read more

It wasn't to bad but I have stayed at one of the other locations in Cleveland and I like the front staff at the location better. They were friendlier and was willing to help out more it felt like it was an inconvence to help me when I checked in. They also had a room lower put aside for us and crossed it out and put us on the top floor when they knew […] I was bringing dogs with me. It could just have been a busy weekend for them but if they were going to give my orginal room away maybe they should have let me see that they were going to give a better room. We have stayed at LaQuinta in numerous times and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hospitality is outstanding and they meet our every needs for our family of 2 or 4, with grandbaby or pets - they are very welcoming! The breakfast is great as well. Can't ask for a better place to stay!!

The second you walk into the hotel it reaks of cigarettes, and I smoke every so often and I was even offended by it. The next thing that shocked me was while I was walking down the stairs the stench was overwhelming. It smelled like a wet dog in a locker room. My bathroom also smelled a little stale. Front desk staff is adequate, not particularly helpful about amenities and nearby restaurants, just doing their job, no more. No extra towels at the spa, so you need to bring one from your room, unusually awkward. Suites are very nice and comfortable.

We have stayed in several La Quinta's and this was unfortunately a bad experience. We arrived later than we planed or I would probably have cancelled the reservation. Check in was ok but as we walked to the room I could smell an odor in the hall. When we opened the room it smelled like my sons closet (arm pit city). The tub/ shower was clean but there […] was hair in the corner of the floor and a large nasty stain behind the door on the wall that just needed a maid to clean it up. Plus the towel rack was bent. The house keeping was very bad. If there was a leak causing the stench it should have been repaired and the carpets cleaned. The is no excuse for the hair/ dirt on the bathroom floor and stain on the wall other than very poor housekeeping structure. I would have moved rooms at a minimum or changed hotels had I not been exhausted. Nothing worse than waking up with arm pit stench or not feeling comfortable placing luggage on the floor (we left on top of the cabinets at all times). We were disappointed that we requested non-smoking rooms and both room had a strong oder of tobacco. When we went to the front desk all they kept saying is that we got the rooms from Expedia and that was it. We had to go out and purchase room deodorizers They did not however charge extra for the dogs. That was nice.

Very friendly front desk staff. Pool and hot tub clean and nice. First time there was enough blankets on a bed in a hotel, so that was nice. But get your breakfasts early! They cleaned up the breakfast station 10 minutes early and even took down the coffee. People couldn't get food..
