This is a very nice hotel and well worth the price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice hotel, conveniently located close to US23 / 475...full amenities...front desk staff was somewhat pleasant, but seemed either unpolished, disinterested or distracted when we arrived (even though we were the only ones at the front desk at the time), so any questions which we asked about the hotel appeared to be met by what we perceived as being frustrated […] responses, which is surprising for a Hilton property...even though it wasn’t full (Friday night), we were assigned a very noisy location within the hotel right beside the back door and a stairwell...Hotel.com price which we paid was higher than I felt was justified for the time of year, and what we actually received...standard breakfast fare, but nicely presented...adjacent Mexican restaurant's outdoor patio music was louder than we would have liked...would have to think twice before returning... "Nice hotel but w/ quirks; Staff interrupts check-in to answer phone; Strange tub; 3rd floor smells like pot;"
04/21/15 Stayin_And_Layin Las Vegas, Nevada
Check-in disappointing as the front-desk girl (Sunday evening - Stephanie) answered the phone TWICE while I was checking in. I was unable to ask her the questions I had as she was on the phone. Management should teach the young staff about proper customer care – that the customer in front of them is the main focus versus phone calls. Tub is strange – it is curved so it actually hurts the feet to stand in the tub for a shower. Why isn’t the bottom surface of the tub flat? Also the water pools in the middle of the tub bottom,, versus flowing to the drain. Also the shower curtain is a tad too long, allowing it to soak in the tub water. Bathroom faucet very slow at dispensing water. Must be a water governor not letting decent water flow from the faucet. Annoying! Breakfast is the typical, boring, mediocre swill served at Hilton properties. Odd smell in the 3rd floor hallway during the week, smells a bit like skunk weed. Someone probably smoking pot in their room. Best part of stay is Evening reception - nice with complimentary beer and light food.

We enjoyed our stay, good value for the money, good location. Clean and new facilities, rooms. Nice breakfast. friendly staff. Food items for breakfast were fresh and variety was good. We will remember this hotel when we go back to the area.

Stayed here to surprise my step-mom on her birthday and let the kids get some early spring swimming in. Nice clean facility with very helpful staff, great breakfast options and a pool perfect to our needs.

Every room in hotel is a suite with separate bedroom. Rooms fresh from renovation. Screen size of TV's should have been larger, and not having a DVD player is a miss. Hot tub is well done; Pool is a bit underwhelming, but perfect refreshing temperature. Nice restaurant options nearby.

Best food of any Homewood (I know many of them), and incredibly nice staff. Example: They ran out of fresh baked cookies and there would be a delay in getting more baked. So the front desk person gave my 4-year-old a cookie out of the "pantry" (the place where you can buy food) so that she didn't have to wait. These folks are excellent and keep a wonderful establishment.

The breakfast staff, Sharon & Rhonda went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed for our morning breakfast. The food was great, especially the scramble eggs! This is our second visit her at this hotel, and we plan on visiting in the near future. Thanks for great service.

I almost never write trip advisor reviews (though I should, I'm just lazy), but this hotel went above and beyond. we stopped here for a night on a road trip and my daughter became sick, throwing up on the bed and in the room. as soon as i called the front desk, they were at the door (in the middle of the night) removing the old linens and bringing new ones. of course, we were all so tired we slept through breakfast the next morning, but they held it open for us anyways. honestly, nicest staff in the world. plus everything was clean and lovely. I couldn't have asked for more.
"Kindness and Friendliness"

After 10 hours on the road, we arrived about 8:15 pm, exhausted. Stephanie on the desk and Michelle in the kitchen could not do enough for us. Even though the complimentary time was well past, they managed to give us some food and wine and even delivered it to our room! The next morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast prepared by cheerful, caring people. What struck us was the genuine friendliness of the staff. Everyone gave us a warm smile and greeting. We felt right at home. Mary Sylvia and Bob.

We stayed at this hotel when we went to see my grandmother for her 100th birthday party. We brought along our 11 week old daughter. The room we were assigned was right across from the elevator on the 2nd floor. It was pretty quiet, there was only a little noise on Saturday night from other guests. We brought our own bassinet for our infant so I can't comment on the hotel cribs. But other than the little bit of noise, everything was great!

The room price was a great value for what you get. The room was nice, free internet, there was a indoor pool and fitness center. The breakfast and food was nice. There is coffee availabe around the clock. The room was spacious. The staff was excellent. When I encountered a problem the staff exceeded my expectations in resolving it. I would recommend it to others.
