The overall stay was great the only problem that I seen was that they had a few chairs that needed to be replace from wear and tear and the tub was peeling from usage.

No bath tub stopper. Vent in bathroom not working allowing smoke from smokers room to enter ours. Knobs on heater broken. Medal frame on bed sticking out. Management blew us off when notified of issues! Will never stay there again

The shower stall had been spray painted so that hunks of paint came off as it was used. That was not very satisfactory.

We like the price but the hotel could have done a little bit more on the room service and and breakfast offer. We stayed at one Days Inn in Springfield and they have more towels in our room and provide very good service on breakfast. When we arrive to the hotel room the window was broken and no safe. We were moved to another room were we stayed 3 nights and no one ever cleaned our room. When I let the staff know I was told sorry, everyone is gone for the day. Was to far to drive back and forth to Hot Springs and they had nothing for you to do in the small town. Horrible!

Over all it was very good. The ceiling in room 116 was leaking tho and the carpet was wet. The personnel was very helpful and very cordial. They helped us with any questions we had.I will definietly stay there again.

The hotel is definitely worthy its price. The sauna was very good. The swimming pool was OK, and the hot tub was not hot at all! The room was clean and well maintained. Wifi in the room would have been a nice addition. The beds are just about too small for two adults. The pool was very nice and stayed open late enough to be useful after a busy day. The hotel is right across the street from a couple good restaurants, which was handy.

This is an older hotel. Our air conditioner just couldn't keep up with the Texas heat. The whole place really needs to be updated. On a good note, the bed slept really well and the sheets/towels were very clean and crisp. Overall for a cheap hotel it wasn't bad

The room was clean enough and the price was right.......the bed and pillows comfortable. When the cold water faucet was turned on in the sink it leaked. I really enjoyed having a coffee pot in the room, HOWEVER, it didn't work correctly. It took an HOUR to make the 4 cups.........there was NO cream, sugar or stir sticks.......NO shampoo/conditioner […] (thank goodness I'd remembered my own!) It was easy to get to even though the main sign was missing. The only way we saw it was due to the smaller sign in front of the building. There was a good amount of parking spaces. The room was basic but did have a mini fridge and microwave which is a definite plus when traveling with kids. There were several places to eat close by as well as filling […] stations. The staff were very friendly and cheerful. The maids were always asking if we needed more towels, trash bags, etc. The main thing that I didn't like was that there was only one ice machine and it was a bit of a walk from our room. They did offer a breakfast every morning. They had one of those "do-it-yourself waffle machines" which my kids LOVE. There were basic items like toast, cereal, muffins, juice, and coffee. Of course you have to keep in mind that it is not the Four Seasons. The hotel had a small pool and hot tub which were kept in good shape. The location of the hotel was very close to attractions. When I booked online, it said double queen beds. Those beds were not queen. They were full size beds. One should always be honest. I didn't like the fact that they wanted us to use towels more than once. From now on, I will bring own towels. The price per night should be lower than what it is

This was absolutely the worst hotel my family and I have ever stayed at, and we are frequent travelers. Just a few notes: 1. The first day there, there were no towels. We were told to get more in the morning. We had to use dirty beach towels of our own. 2. The next morning, asked for towels, was given towels that were dirty. One towel had urine on it, […] the other had dried food on it. 3. The beds were DIRTY. Not sure if the sheets were clean. When we pulled back the covers they were wrinkled with hairs on them. I made my kids sleep fully clothed. 4. Door wouldn't lock. After being told that it would get fixed, we left for the day. When we returned that night around 11pm, our room was wide open with all of our belongings inside. 5. The breakfast area is a joke. Its dirty, not stocked, and grimy. At 8:30 (breakfast is over at 10) there was enough batter left to make "1" waffle. Again, we told front desk, they did nothing. We ended up eating McDonalds for breakfast. The breakfast area was so bad, I even brought up pictures on the website and questioned the manager if it was even the same hotel, she claimed she did not know. 11) At check in and check out or any complaint, no one is ever at the desk. There is a dark room behind the desk with people laying on the floor, and you have to wait for someone to come up front. ***** DO NOT STAY HERE! Read more

We stayed two nights during the weekend of Memorial Day 2012. We spent the day away from the hotel after our first night and upon our return late that night we found that housekeeping had not been to the room therefore we had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and obviously nothing else had been tended to. The first room that we were put in, the AC didn't work and the carpets smelled. The staff was using it to fold linen in. We had to wait for them to take the linen next door. The second room at least the AC worked. My husband has to use a CPAP machine to sleep There was no plugin around the bed to plug it in. The carpets in these rooms have never been […] shampooed, just hit with a vaccume. Crown molding was coming loose from the celing. The toliet lid was loose. The tile could have been cleaner. Along the wall and in the corners was dirt. You can see daylight around each door, with a 1/2 inch gap under the door.
