We offer Conv location on I-24, just minutes away from Lake Barkley, Ky Lake , the West KY Factory Outlet Mall and Venture River Water Park. The Oasis Bar and Grill and 24 hour Huddle House Rstrnt are within walking distance. We are close to the entrance to land between the lakes and the famous Pattis Rstrnt. We pride ourselves in providing service and attention to each guests needs. Pets Allowed - 20 USD per stay.

I found the motel to be as rated and advertised: clean, friendly, and customer oriented. I had to stay at this motel because of a big event in Paducah,... and this motel was the closest to Paducah that offered reasonable room prices. I have paid a lot more for rooms that weren't as nice or as clean. Check in and check out were hassle free, and the shole facility was clean and always had a pleasant aroma (room, lobby, accessory rooms) I would go back to this motel any time! by mike from Wausau, WI on 05/01/13

We had a smoking room due to lack of availability but other than that, the hotel was clean and people were friendly. Great Place to Stay. Handy to Gas Stations and I-24. :)

Nothing special for this Hotel but everything was clean and in pretty good shape. Clerk was really friendly and they had menus from area restaurants to view. Good value here, that is all that I wanted and they came through.

We enjoyed our stay. We did not get to enjoy the pool. The hours open did not allow us to use it before we left for the day and closed before we returned at night. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. Gave the a bag of goodies when checking in telling different things that were going on. Included bottled water and candy bar.

We had reserved a non-smoking room but they didn't have any and so we had to stay 2 nights with smoking. As I'm alergic it was not very pleasant. Hotel claimed non-smoking wasn't requested but I had my reservation proving that it had been.
