Great Location - Nice Facility Was concerned about the Fire Alarm System indicating a alarm, at the counter annunciator display. Go figure - it was a Big Name System.

We like the amenities of this Hotel. Came with a microwave and fridge in every room. Some mold stains in the bathroom were present but the rest of the room and was clean and comfortable. There were also no smells from the mold which means it was possibly older and just needs some fresh paint. Surrounding area is a little run down. Hotel just down the street is all boarded up. Many restaurants and shopping opportunities within a mile so if you forget something it's easy to get it. Cracker Barrel right next door. Morning breakfast from the Hotel was surprisingly good! Came with biscuits and gravy. Overall I was pleased and would stay again.

Over the years I have stayed at the Baymont numerous times, and it was cleaner and seemed overall in better condition. Was misinformed of the breakfast time for the weekday along with other people. Flint is in a major economic slump and I think that the Baymont is in the best location for the best price.

I never stayed at a baymont prior and was very satisfied with the service, property and everything else. Can't say enough good.

"Dirty & Unmaintained"

Not only was this Baymont very dirty and unmaintained, it is located in a bad part of town. There were questionable stains on the furniture, broken doors, smashed lampshades, unclean bathrooms, and the list goes on. I usually stay in Baymonts as they are usually good places to stay and reasonably priced across the board. This location is certainly the exception.
