      We were very satisfied with the services the hotel has to offer: the continental breakfast with fresh fruit , multigrain bread, cereal and good coffee; full service room very confortable and very efficient personell at the front desk.

      Our stay was great. The hotel was perfectly situated, was clean, and the rooms were very adequate. The breakfast was ok. The rooms were clean and well looked after. I would not hesitate in staying here a second time and would recommend this hotel to any of my friends. The restaurant was air conditioned and was fine, although a bit slow, but we were on holidays so that was fine. The staff were very friendly and good to us.

      I just spent a few nights at this hotel and above everything else, the service is amazing. It was literally the best service I've ever had a hotel. The mostly women staff are super helpful, happy and nice to talk to. They will help you plan trips, check your flights...they even brought a guest a piece of cake on her birthday. They are awesome. Regarding the rest of the hotel, it is a good hotel. The rooms are big. The whole thing is clean and it is located in a great part of town for the tourist. Palermo Soho is probably the best part of town for going out, walking around, etc. The rooms themselves are pretty sparse, some rooms "kings" are actually two twins put together and they don't have a gym. I don't think they have a pool either but I'm not sure. The wifi was also good too. Breakfast is not very big but it is free and their medialunas are great so some might want more, i found breakfast perfect for myself. Still, this isn't as amazing a hotel as the ratings might make it out to be. It's a solid hotel but for a business traveler, it might make more sense to stay in the culturally dead Puerto Madeira.

      I found the hotel to be clean, and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and spoke good english. I was disappointed that WiFi in the room was not free but you could go to the lobby and use it for free. Since phone service is very expensive in Argentina, I use Skype or FaceTime. I did not wish to have a conversation with family members in the lobby!

    We enjoyed our stay very much at Hotel Tritone. The staff was always very helpful and the breakfast was the best we had in Argentina. The room (double... twin bed) was very fine although not the most modern but we didn't mind that. The only thing that was a little bad was that there were no ventilation in the bathroom. A very nice thing was that there were double windows so the noise from the street did not bother us at all - big plus! The street that the hotel is on seems a bit unsafe at night because it's pretty empty and a little dark.     Estadia: 13 a 17/02/2013 Prós: todos os funcionários, sem exceção, foram muito atenciosos, prestativos e cordiais. A localização é boa, a 1 quadra da Calle Florida e da Galerías Pacífico. Também fica próximo da Av. 9 de Julio e de Puerto Madero. O café da manhã é limitado, mas tem o necessário. Contras: o quarto que nos foi disponibilizado, n° 33, está […] bem aquém dos que aparecem nas fotos com piso flutuante. O piso desse era de carpete (sem odores, felizmente) e as demais instalações eram antigas e com conservação mediana. As instalações do banheiro, essas sim eram mal conservadas. Ar condicionado sujo. A localização também tem seu lado ruim: à noite a rua fica cheia de lixo (não espalhado, mas junto, para ser recolhido mais tarde) e repleta de pessoas de comportamento, no mínimo, duvidoso. Enfim, não é um cinco estrelas, mas está longe de ser uma má opção. Porém, talvez haja outros hotéis com tarifas semelhantes que mereçam ser considerados. Read more

    Det var så 3. gang vi overnattede på Tritone i 9 år. Standarden er faldende, men venligt personale som altid. Morgenmaden er ok. Nu efter en måneds ophold, hvor vi har prøvet hoteller i Necochea og Bariloche, kan vi sende vores anmeldelse.

    Já fiquei em 3 hotéis na capital argentina, todos na mesma faixa de preço, porém acredito que o Tritone acaba sendo a melhor opção. Sua localização é ótima, próxima ao metrô e apenas uma quadra da Rua Florida (Galerias Pacífico), entre as avenidas Corrientes e Córdoba. Gostei bastante do atendimento da recepção, todos eram muito atenciosos e prestativos, […] ofereciam transfers, passeios, realizavam reservas de restaurantes e inclusive faziam câmbio com boa cotação. Haviam dois pequenos elevadores que funcionaram bem, lugar para guardar as malas e uma pessoa para ajudar com as mesmas. O hotel, assim como suas instalações, não são dos mais novos, porém conta com quartos bem espaçosos, bom isolamento das janelas (porém as cortinas não vedavam toda a luminosidade), ar-condicionado/aquecedor, tv lcd, closet, frigobar e ainda wi-fi grátis. O café-da-manhã era incluso da diária, mas não era dos melhores... servia apenas pra quebrar um galho mesmo, quem quiser comer algo melhor, há boas opções ao redor, ou mesmo na Pacífico. Quando reclamei do quarto frontal à rua (Maipu) pelo barulho, eles providenciaram outro, silencioso e sempre limpo. O café da manhã é correto, sem a exuberância e fartura dos ´hotéis no Brasil. Ressalte-se a honestidade: esquecí meu I-phone no quarto. Liguei do aeroporto […] e o Sr Pablo, da recepção, de forma muito atenciosa, guardou o smartphone, devolvendo-o ao meu sobrinho que mora em BA. The room (double twin bed) was very fine although not the most modern but we didn't mind that. The only thing that was a little bad was that there were no ventilation in the bathroom.
