We were asleep when room service came around to replenish towels, so when we did need them we had to wait for them to wash some. Other than that, the location and hotel was awesome!

For the price I paid I would have been happy for no bed bugs (which there weren't). The staff was friendly, the room was clean and kept well, other than the bathroom door stop busted into the wall (which you couldn't notice unless the door was closed with you in it) and the shower drain was clogged (a little more annoying). I was visiting from NJ for […] a friend's wedding and the price allowed me to stay a few extra days to check out the surrounding areas than had I stayed in the resort he got married at in Lake Lure...which had smaller rooms with a nicer view for over 2x the price. The continental breakfasts were unimpressive, but they did the job of filling me up til lunch, and for the price what do you really expect? Downtown Hendersonville is about 5 minutes away, and Asheville is about 20 and I-26 is right across the street along with your usual chain roadside eateries, although I much prefer the local flavor. If you're on a budget and understand it's not a luxurious four-star hotel, I definately recommend this location. Read more

I was a little worried about the hotel, such low prices usually reflect the standard, but that was not the case here. The hotel was great, and worth every penny. Easy to get to and located in such a way it was simple to get to all the surrounding areas. It was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We brought our dog (50+ lbs) and we had no issues, wish there had been a little more grass areas for him, but we spent most of our time out of the hotel so it was fine. The hotel was not only comfortable, but also had microwave and fridge, plus coffee maker. Walking distance to several excellent restaurants. And only a quiet block from the interstate, yet no noisy interruptions.

I have no complaints whatsoever. I am female and stayed here with my two daughters and felt completely safe, and the room was clean, the staff were friendly. The breakfast wasn't particularly exciting but at that price I can't complain.

Very close to a mall, many eating places, drug stores. Not bad to get out to visit vacation sights. The only complaint I have is that the mattress was too soft. Ended up with a back ache. Otherwise, for the price it was fine. I really enjoyed the free Continental breakfast!! Great assortment of food.

Room was not clean, looked like tobacco juice on the wall near the sink,coffee pot had not been cleaned,still had coffee in it from the previos guest. Limited towels, no privicy card for the door. Ice and vending on one floor only, comp breakfast was poor, coffee luke warm, The whole place seemed to be on a very tight budget.

The only bad thing I have to say is the microwave and Refrigerator should be included in the price. It was clean for the most part. I had to go to front desk to get a new shower curtain because the one in the room was dirty and had some mold on the bathroom wall. Beds were ok except one boxspring had blood on the sides of it and it was visible and they need to replace that. Front desk was very nice and helpful.

Two adults and three young children stayed here on our way to the beach. It is Clean and Comfortable. We saved 20% by booking through hotels.com. Breakfast was simple but nice. Plenty of coffee, juice, crispy creams, and fruit. I would stay here again.

The size of the room was fine. It smelled a little like wet shoes when we first entered the room. The mattress was lumpy and the pillows were not supportive at all. The shower curtain was a little moldy, which made us wonder how clean is the bathroom really! Know matter what the season, high travel or low, the price to quality ratio is too high.

Since the hotel was so cheap I had my doubts at first but don't let the price fool you! The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was decent, Everything was clean and comfy. The location right off the interstate was perfect. I would definitely return again.

Room was plain gross. I had flying ants in my room. I found a dead moth on the floor next to my bed. And to top it off, I had the Do Not Disturb tag hanging on my door, but when I returned to the room, I noticed I had new towels in the room. I guess the Do Not Disturb sign doesn't apply to housekeeping. I won't be staying there again.
