I thought our room was nice, simple, and clean. Breakfast area seemed like it had 2-3 too any tables for the space and felt crowded with not that many people there, but it was *free so I cannot complain too much.

This hotel was very dirty. The shower rod was broken in or room so water went everywhere. The floor was sticky. The furniture had stains all over it. Just gross.

I stayed here because Hotels.com offered me a decent rate. I arrived and the heat was broken. They did fix it. I went to hang up my clothes and found a total of 2 coat hangers even though I had the room booked for a week. I then tried to work using the “high speed” internet, which was consistently losing connectivity. So I decided to go to the work […] out room which consisted of 3 broken pieces of equipment. I arrived back the second night to find out my key had to be reactivated. The hotel is a hotel. Like almost any major chain, it is good but don't expect too much. The rooms were large and the beds were okay, not great. However the best part were the shades. When they were closed the room is near pitch black which is great after a "long night" at a concert.

It started out rough, couldn't see the hotel sign from the road so we drove past it at first. Then we had to wait in line for close to 10 minutes to check in. The rooms are nice but not great. We prefer a higher-end hotel, but the pet-friendly options in this area are very limited. So we've stayed here twice. The first time (June 8, 2012) the hallways, etc were a little cleaner than this visit. This time it was a little rough around the edges. But both times the rooms were clean and our stay was pleasant. I expected it to be bad, but because there aren't a lot of hotels on the way to my parents house, and because it was the only one in the area that would allow us to bring our small dog, we had no choice. A little unsure in the beginning of the different reviews from the hotel. I have to say my stay at La Quinta was very relaxing and nice. The front desk attendant upon my arrival was very welcoming and her quality of service was very appreciated. I enjoyed my stay the room was spacious and relaxing when I came back from my conferences.

Probably one of the best Hotels i have stayed in, not the most lavish, but clean, extremely comfortable, best pillows, excellent customer service and by far the best pool with retractabke roof. Loved it and have recommended it to all my travelling friends!

our first room had mold in the bathroom ...we did not know it was a pet friendly hotel and there was a very large dog upstairs from us in our new room and we were by the stairs and kids up and down till 2 am and the dog barking all night..........ugh.....I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN NOR WILL I LET MY FAMILY STAY HERE IT IS A DUMP FOR WHAT YOU PAY

We booked two rooms for 5 days each over this past Christmas Holiday. Our rooms were not serviced a single day that we were there. We had to go and get clean towels out of the laundry room ourselves as well as get more soap. The linens on the beds were about a "10 threadcount" and the beds felt like we were sleeping on a table. The hotel was in a great location which was near the interstae and to different types of restuarants. It was great to have a mall within a 10 minute drive from the hotel. We were coming into town very late, like 3am late. I had called ahead to tell them this and was assured it would not be a problem. However wehn I tried to check in, the process was extremely delayed because they couldn't find our reservation. Finally after some hunting the clerk did find it and said it took so long because they thought we weren't coming […] and cleared our reservation. Not a big deal and it was remedied. However at 3 am, and having taken the time earlier to assure that this wouldn't happen, having to deal with it was mildly annoying. The hotel was clean, in decent shape, convienently located. However, it REEKED of smoke. We had a "non-smoking" king bed room that someone had obviously be smoking in previously and probably recently. The smell was in the pillows and the mattress, we smelled like smoke after sleeping in that bed. Neither my husband or I are smokers and therefore were disgusted. The hotel lobby also smelled very strongly of smoke. Bottom line, if you are smoker, book it. If not, you may be better off somewhere else. Read more
