The hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely courteous. Our room was not the one I had booked online. I booked a 2 bdrm suite and we were given a 1 bdrm suite. The staff was able to move us to the correct room. However, we had to pay an additional $20 for the upgrade. The staff apologized for the problem and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good and had a large variety of items.

Convenient to Philips Arena...good restaurants. Room initially didn't have a good view...but air didn't work & it was going to be another hour toget it going. They gave us another room with a view of centennial park & free breakfast buffet for the inconvenience ....great service! The double beds were really small & not comfortable...that was the only negative.

"pleasant stay"
Needed to find some place quick and for one night. after a little research on hotels.com (guest ratings), I chose La Quinta. And, it worked out just fine. In fact, the bed was more comfortable than i was expecting. all in all, a nice stay
"A very good version of simple and basic"
Was simply looking for a basic inexpensive yet safe and clean hotel. Free wireless (although painfully slow) and free parking, clean room. Only downside was overly soft mattress.
"Convenient to local surroundings"
The overall stay was good.The staff was very friendly and courteous. The microwave did not work and the refrigerator made the most demanding noises. I had to unplug it to get some peace. I did not like the way the room smelled because pets are allowed. The hot breakfast was great. The coffee was not good at all!!!
"La Quinta Lenox/ Buckhead Decent and affordable"
Hotels can be expensive in this part of Atlanta. This La Quinta is an affordable alternative. The hotel is just off I 85 and within minutes of the Buckhead area of Atlanta. Parking is free. Although the hotel is on the edge of a more seedy area I felt comfortable and secure. The rooms are clean. When I arrived I noticed a slight mildew odor in my room […] but it was tolerable. I couldn't be more pleased with my stay at this La Quinta. The room was nice and clean, the staff was extremely friendly and the rates was great! Would definately recommend to anyone.
This hotel is near everything and perfectly convenience. I did not like not having a crib for my baby and no swiming pool.

"Quite relaxing"
The choice that I made to stay at the LaQuinta Inn could not have been better. For the price that I paid we paid for 3 days stay, it serve the purpose well. I could see my truck easily because I asked for first floor accomodations. Excellent continental breakfast, pancakes, eggs, muffins, cofee, milk, cereal, etc..... Large flat screet tv. Good hotel, a bit expensive for the area, close to the Atlanta Botanical Garden, a must-see! Continental breakfast (i.e. toasts, waffle, oatmeal, bagels, juice and coffee) was adequate. Good and clean room, stayed only one night but was perfect for a short visit to ATL

Perfect for a low-cost stay in Atlanta halfway between Emory/Buckhead. I will be staying at this hotel until I relocate to the area. My pets stay for free!! That is a plus seeing as though a big concern was whether they would have to be put in a kennel. The hotel does not smell like pets so if you are concerned with that don't be. The service, breakfast, bed, and location are all excellent. "Cheap, but effective"
For our purposes, this was a great location with a hard to beat price. The neighborhood wasn't great, but we were not expecting Disneyland. I'd do it again if I were on a budget, but if money didn't matter, might stay somewhere else.
We were happy with our stay. It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We would definately stay there again.

I have stayed here many times - I love the location - safe neighborhood - Interstate right there and can be anywhere in minutes - It was a quiet place - My only complaint was the breakfast - waffle iron and toaster were not working , so i found nothing else i wanted to eat -too many sweets and starchy things -

"laquinta buckhead, atlanta ga"
We couldn't find the hotel and the person at the desk didn't hear we were from out of town when giving directions. The front desk personnel should always assume that people are not familiar with landmarks nor street names when giving directions to the hotel. But we finally got there.
The people at the desk were beyond fantastic. This hotel gets good scores based on the staff alone. Other than that, it did smell of smoke, but I don't think that's their fault.

"Not too bad, but nothing to write home about"
Bath tuband bathroom floor could use some deep cleaning. Secondly, it took too longand too much trouble to obtain the free internet access.

This hotel was kept clean. The surrounding neighborhood was a little less than desirable, but we got in around midnight and they had security guards in the parking lot and patrolling the hotel inside so we felt very safe. And the staff was very friendly!

We stayed at the La Quinta Inn on Chantilly Dr. It was clean and centrally located near Downtown Atlanta and Stone Mountain. It's also not far from the North Pointe Mall where they have the American Girl Store. The staff was very nice. The only thing we noticed is the 2nd day they did not clean the bathroom or vacuum. Located near the highway. Price was reasonable, no extras. No pool, but offered continental breakfast. The bed was ok, the room was really small and bathroom smaller. Requested a roll away bed at checkin and there were known. The next day we did get the roll away bed. The internet worked sometime. Although this hotel is nice and rooms are large the location is not good. Also no swimming pool. No access to the Marta system or the busses. You need to have a car to stay here.

"H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!!!!!"
Only Go here if you smoke and sleep heavily. The smoke comes through the vents and tge walls are thin. Totally messed up by booking here to save $ and parking. $50 more for a good nights sleep is worth every Penney. Will never ever ever EVER go back!

"Lenox-Buckhead"
My only compaint was the air-conditioning in room 232 did not work properly, it was very stuffy in that room the other 2 rooms I booked were fine. The hotel staff were great and location was near everything we needed to get to.
