The girls in the reception had a hard time trying to cover for faulty issues in the building all over such as dirty floors and not vacuumed carpets, room access locks will only read the supervisor key, the chairs at the desk are filthy, the speed or capacity of the internet service is poor and fail constantly.

I stayed at this La Quinta primarily on a shopping trip - it was perfect I did Sawgrass and Westfield Malls which I found both to be profitable. We loved this Hotel, it was very well located and I loved the Bed Dressing, very nice cleand and pretty, not like most hotels on this category, The only point was that like I had to move one bed to make a big one because I have 2 little twins, the carpet was sooooooo dirty under the bed, so that means there is no clean very well after a client leaves […] the room. There are 2 of these hotels right next to each other. I was disappointed that I was put in the one that was less nice. The curtains were broken in my room and would not close which made sun up facing east very unpleasant. There weren't enough towels for my family and I had to go down to the front desk to pick more up. This is a budget hotel. It offers a basic breakfast and is a short drive from sawgrass mills. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The carpet in the hallways upstairs could do with a thorough cleaning or replacement as it detracts from the hotel's good points- very friendly staff, decent location, value for money.

It was a pleasant staying. the room was spacious. the bed as I expect The WiFi network worked very well. The air conditioning device was a lite of bite noisy. They should improve the variety of food for the breakfast. The phone in the room did not work properly. Very well located for purchasing near to the sawgrass area.

It's funny that there's a La Quinta right across the street from the La Quinta I stayed at earlier this month. The hallways don't look the best and there isn't much scenery around the hotel but La Quinta gets everything else 100% right. I travel for work and like to try new hotesl as much as possible. The rate was good so I decided to give it a try. The hotel room was clean and comfy but the stairwell and hallways were nasty. Many smokers stand right outside the entrances which is unkind for non smokers. The smoke smell filled the lobby area. The hotel staff were not as helpful as […] they could be. Many of the guests had 6 people in a 2-4 person room and were very noisy. There were many times were guests left their doors open and were talking to each other within the room that could be easily heard. At check in, there was no one at the front desk. 5 minutes later a girl came from the back office. We went to our room...it was dusty and dated. At check out, waited 10 min for some one to check us out. No one showed. Had to leave a note at the front desk to notify them we were leaving. Absolutely Pathetic!!!

We thought the breakfast, compared to others, was skimpy. (small selection of fruit etc.) Coffee pot missing in our room. Extra towels would be nice, and soap and hair products. The fan in the bathroom is loud and irritating!!!!!!!!!!! We love the location. Next time, put us next door.

Was ok.....was what the saying says, "you get what you pay for". Was close to concert stadium, in okay condition. Had dead cockroach, on wall, near mirror in bathroom. Bed comfortable but small, had room with double bed.

Friendly staff-Gladys at the front desk-awesome. Loved the location. Close to Bank Atlantic Center and Sawgrass Mall. Slept great, the beds were very comfortable. Just me and my daughter stayed and we felt safe which was important to me.
