We arrived from NY to stay at a 4 star hotel, when we arrived at this hotel and saw this tiny small room that is hardly any room for 1 person let alone for 2 persons, we were shocked and wondered how can this be a 4 star hotel?Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hotel in Paris"
Overall the Hotel was okay. It was close to the Eiffel tower and to a metro station. You could see the Eiffel tower from the window but the best thing was that you got free wi-fi and once you logged on you did not have to logg on again every time you wanted to get on the internet. Yet overall the room was relatively small and the laundry service was […] very pricey. I would recommend it for someone that wants to stay near the Eiffel tower but would I would try another hotel. "Three star hotel at best"
Disappointed. The hotel is overrated, rooms, furniture and carpets in particular are worn down and need refurbishing. Overall, not a good value for your money.Genuine Expedia guest review
This hotel is in a great location, close to the Eiffel Tower! We even had a partial view of the Eiffel Tower from the room. The room is a little small but big enough to sleep and the bathroom was nice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was exactly what I expected, efficient, compact with an unbeatable location. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I didn't expect a view because the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. The front desk staff on days and evenings were warm, welcoming and made my stay that much more pleasant. I felt that they were genuinely […] glad that I was a guest in their hotel. The Metro is a 2 minute walk up the street and the area has enough nice little restaurants and Brasseries that you won't go hungry if you feel like staying in the area. All in all, I would highly recommend the hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Location vs comfort"
The hotel is in a good location walking distance to Eiffel Tower and to the metro. Hotel needs a serious renovation: bed was ok and the wi-fi, but the bathroom, carpet in the room, and bedroom need an improvement. I was expecting way more for a 4 starts hotel, they do not provide basic stuff like shower cap, small fringe in the room, etc. This is not […] a 4 starts hotel, it is more like a 2 or 1 star. Be aware that they do not turn on the AC until June-July time. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Read the small print regarding additional charges!"
Good location but we were misled about additional charges and had an outrageous bill to pay at checkout. Staff was absolutely unwilling to work with us even though they were aware of the misunderstanding and we paid for it.Genuine Expedia guest review
"convenient hotel close to sights"
I would not rate this hotel as high as it is rated. It is an easy to get to hotel off the metro. Got a deal through expedia and was promised an upgrade and got stuck on the smoking floor for 3 days (Yuck!)Genuine Expedia guest review
"A good three stars"
The hotel is very well located for tourism, the area is safe with nightlife within two or three blocks from the Metro and 4 blocks from the Eiffel Tower. On Sunday installing a free fair in front of the hotel where they sell mostly fruits, vegetables, cheeses and other things like that. as a 3 star is good but not like 4 stars publishedGenuine Expedia guest review
"um...if you have no other place to stay"
I would never say that this was a 4 star hotel for starters. It is in need of remodeling. However, the location couldn't have been better. So, if you can ignore the need to improve building you should be fine. The receptionist, John, was super friendly and very helpful. Everyone there spoke English. There was only one thing that was a little upsetting. […] I had a souvenir from Disneyland go "missing". I reported it to the reception desk and it was returned that day. They said that the girl who was cleaning mistook it for something. I don't know how that would even be possible, but I would like to give her the benefit of the doubt since it was returned. If you choose to stay here I would keep your belongings and priced processions out of sight. I suppose that is a given... Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"OK for relatively budget conscious traveler."
The hotel is typical of European hotel which is small -- small lobby, small elevator, small rooms, nothing worth mentioning. The only thing that is good about this hotel is its convenient location. The elevated metro is right outside of the hotel and you are literally two train stops away from the Eiffel Tower. There is a weekend outside market underneath […] the metro that you can browse. There are also many small shops and markets on this street for you to peruse through. If you need to do laundry, there is a coin operated laundromat conveniently located across the street for you to use. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Fine for a short stay and budget friendly"
Overall, the hotel experience was fine. The room was smaller than expected (once we got our 2 big suitcases in, there was little space to walk around the room). The photos on review sites made the room look slightly bigger. The cleanliness was OK barring a few spots in the bathtub. The AC leaked water drops when the temperature was reduced and the droplets […] created an annoying sound. The hotel front desk offered a different room when we brought it to their attention, but we were lazy to move again. If you plan to spend most of your time touring Paris and little time in the room, this hotel will suffice anyone who is looking for a room within a decent budget. The front desk was friendly and helped answer all our questions and helped reserve a taxi for our train journey onwards. It is very close to Eiffel Tower (about 15 min. walk) and is 2 mins. from a metro stop as well. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very friendly & helpful staff!"
Hotel is in ideal location, view of Eiffel Tower out our window. Metro right up the street and flea/farmers mkt sets up across the street certain days!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Service, Helpful Friendly Staff"
The hotel is dated and the carpet everywhere needs replaced but the staff is outstanding. The woman who works the breakfast buffet, Nalika, provides extraordinary service more inline with a top-tier 5 star hotel. The front desk personnel speak excellent English and offered many great recommendations and advice. Requests were attended to promptly and […] courteously. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Adequate if you get a good rate.. but not "4 Star""
Good: Staff was fairly nice. Front desk people friendly. Bed was made of two twins pushed together, but it was adequate. View of the Eiffel Tower from the window was GREAT! Superb location. Bad: No A/C, so we opened the window - to discover the train tracks across the street. Sirens, and other street noise. Anemic services - internet was horrible. Forget […] room service, restaurant, bar, etc. Small room (barely fit the bed). Overall: If you can get a good price, then go for it. Otherwise, you could probably get a better place for the same amount we paid. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel if you are traveling with kids."
Though initially I though this hotel was very old fashioned and quite dark, after a while I was glad to realize that my children could relax and enjoy themselves in this hotel. It only has 6 floors, and the elevators were quick, so if you forgot something in your room, you could get it in a minute. The staff could not do enough for us. They were so […] accommodating, so kind, so caring toward our family. They even prepared milk for our children one night when our little one really needed some, asking if they should heat it up, and for how many seconds for each child. We had a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower, which was within walking distance. We felt very safe in the hotel and walking to the Eiffel Tower at night. The metro runs outside the hotel, which can be a turn off for some people, but we didn't hear it, and the children enjoyed watching the trains. There was even a market right outside one day. I will definitely stay here the next time we are in Paris. The only thing I regret is not availing of their very inexpensive breakfast. Next time... Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"close to all must see sights"
This hotel was very close to the Eiffel Tower. We had a view of it from our hotel window. The front desk clerk-Hamid was very helpful, kind, and over the top nice. We were afraid of going to Paris with comments we heard about them being rude but this was not the case everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"My review of my hotel in Paris"
The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very small and cupboard space even insufficient for two persons with little luggage.the fridge was not operational. This hotel was sold on the premise four star for two star. This is NOT a four star. I think this is an insult to the French to call it one One of the housekeeping smelt so bad […] that I had to put up the sign Do Not Disturb on the door, very honest though because I left my wallet in the room and found it on my return. The decor is average. Coffee and tea available in room Excellent location close to three metro stops,Eiffel Tower, grocery and some shops.Wonderful market directly outside hotel on a Sunday and Wednesday gives you a veritable Parisien experience Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Ramada Tour Eiffel - GOOD CHOICE!!"
We stayed at Ramada Tour Eiffel for 5 days for our honeymoon, the manager upgraded us to a better room with King's bed, highest floor and most importantly, with TOUR EIFFEL VIEW from the room! Facilities in the room are kind of old but still work well, bathtub is too small but it's expected. All staffs speak english, they are nice & helpful. Good location, […] only 2 mins walk from the Metro! lots of small & nice cafes & shops & everything you want nearby. I would surely stay at Ramada again! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
It's good if your going to stay for a few days. You can see 2/3 of the Eiffel tower from the 5th floor. my fiancee and i had dinner in room a few times just because of the view. i think the cleaning staff threw away my fiancee luggage belt lol. The front desk staff are very friendly, the spoke english and are very helpful!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not bad, but not great either"
This hotel is in a good location relative to the Eiffel Tower and other major sites in Paris. It was only about a 5 minute walk to the tower. The staff were polite and helpful, and it was nice that the people we dealt with spoke good English. The main drawback of this hotel was its condition. Small things (i.e. scuffed walls, carpets needed shampooing, […] etc.) all added up to the room feeling somewhat run down. It was also a bit disappointing that there were no amenities to speak of. (i.e. pool, restaurant, room service, etc.) If you can look past the drawbacks, and for the price, this hotel will get the job done. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The hotel is well located near the eiffel tower ( 2 subway stations ) and is so easy move in paris from there. The bad issue is the smell of the room.Genuine Expedia guest review
"View of Eiffel Tower was great"
I spent hours reading reviews for hotels, finally picked the Ramada and I am glad we did. Yes the rooms and elevator were small in comparison to US sizes. I was not in Paris to spend my time in the hotel room, therefore it really did not matter. The view of the Eiffel Tower was great from the room, the location to shops, subway and restaurants was […] very convenient. Being so close to the farmers market was a huge plus point since my boy friend and I enjoy shopping at farmers market and enjoyed the selection of cheese and bread. No regrets about the hotel. I never write reviews for hotel and since I am doing this, I think it says it definitely was worth the price, since its all about location, location, location and the Ramada was in a great location. We could even walk to the tower late at night, since it was only a few blocks. Don't hesitate to stay there, the staff were very helpful too. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Minor Noise and Room Issues, but Very Good Overall"
This was a good experience, on the whole. John at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. Other front desk staff were also very good. No complaints at all there. The location was very nice, and we could see the top third of the Eiffel Tower from our room! We were able to hear a crying baby in an adjacent room, and the housekeeping staff would […] speak in rather loud voices in the morning, but otherwise we had no noise issues. The elevated train outside of our window was not so close as to be troubling, and was in fact a rather pleasant part of the entire experience on the whole. The street market underneath the elevated train one morning was a lot of fun, too. There were some "fuzz bunnies" on the carpet, and the bathtub was not properly set, as evidenced by a very slight "wiggle" when standing in differents parts of the tub. The drains of both the sink and shower were very slow and the drain stops did not function properly. The elevators were typically small, but typical of Parisian hotels. Those relatively minor issues aside, the condition of the room was very good. The bed was fine and we were quite comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. "Great location but without free WIFI"
Very nice & Helpful staff, Great location next to Metro Stations lines 10,6, 8, small rooms & there is no free Internet which bothered me a lot... Bottom line - Good 3* Hotel (for sure it is not a 4* AP my understanding)....Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good convenient location with a modest room"
The location is very convenient for access to the Eiffel Tower and many near sites. There is convenient access to the trains and the staff was friendly and polite. The hotel and the rooms are modest and economy, but overall provided a good experience.Genuine Expedia guest review

We could see The Eiffel Tower from our room which was a big hit with the kids. The metro runs above the road outside the hotel but the windows are so good it didn't disturb our sleep at all. Heating/cooling system working perfectly.Genuine Expedia guest review

"This hotel is ok."
We recently spent 4 nights here. We found the staff were great and so too was the location. We could see the Eiffel Tower from our room which was lovely lit up at night! "Ideal location, just a stroll from Eiffel Tower"
This hotel was ideally located within a short walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and is a minutes walk from the Metro station. The room wasn't as big as other hotels we've stayed in but was adequate with the usual tea/coffee essentials and offered free wi-fi. Our room overlooked the Eiffel Tower and that was an unexpected bonus especially when it […] gets to 10pm and the tower sparkles for 5 minutes on the hour until 1am. Great staff, very friendly and spoke fluent English. Numerous restaurants around the area so you won't go hungry. For snacks in the evening we found a little mini-supermarket down one of the side streets that was very reasonably priced. Other than that the prices for a main meal alone started around 16 euros each and that's without any drink. There is also a market between the Metro stations on one of the days and you wouldn't believe the size of some of the fruit and veg, we were amazed. Depending on what you want to do we found it an ideal location to start exploring Paris, a short stroll to the tower and hop on a tour bus that then dropped you off at the major museums and sites. We had a 2 day ticket for the bus and also a 2 day museum pass so crammed as much as we could in using the tour bus as our main transport as you can hop on and off throughout the day. And if you need any recommendation, the trip to the top of the Eiffel Tower was great with breathtaking views (although not included on our pass) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
