1)Booked a king room and got a double. When we realized it and asked the receptionist to change, he was very confused why two men wanted to share a bed. After we showed the reservation he had to scramble something, so he offered a king, but no internet.2)When we got in the room, one of the lights were acting more as a strobe-light and was not fixed […] for the entire time we were there.3)There were no hand towels until the second day.4)Upon returning on the second day, there was an extra nightstand in front of the door, inside the room. No one was able to give any explanations about it and got left there until our departure.5)The coffee machine had a filter with coffee left from the previous person who was in the room.6)There were some coffee left in a zip-lock for us to make new one.7) The shower head could have been from "Psycho" due to the pressure that was coming out hitting your head.8)The receptionist gave remote control that they were keeping at the reception. The batteries were secured with tape. It didn't even work for our TV. Probably they mixed it up with the rooms.9)There was no menu for room service and when we requested one they brought one that was dirty.10)Upon breakfast in the room, the person did not allow us to pay with the credit card in the file, but we had to give me the card, wait for them to run downstairs, run the bill and bring it back up.11)The hotel is rated There could have been other items but we tried to forget. The location is good and thats about it for good stuff. When we checked in there were hairs in the bathroom and stains on our sheets. NO air conditioning! When we informed the front desk they kindly gave us another room that was not any better but at least no stains...The whole hotel needs to be renovated, the towels smell funny and could tell they […] were old and I was reluctant to get into bed without any clothes for fear of getting an infection. Overall, this is a fair hotel with a fair price for what you get. There was noise from neighboring bars that did not let me sleep for a while.. but the location is good to get around GDL, and the neighborhood looks safe. Excellent staff and great location! I used to live in Guadalajara, and this neighborhood is one of my favorites. I was familar with this hotel before staying here, so I knew what I was getting into. The lobby is clean, somewhat upscale and comfortable, but the rooms could use a little updating. Nevertherless, for the price this is a nice place.

The hotel needs a facelift. The lobby has smoked mirrors everywhere and bad art. The elevators lurched when you arrived at the destination floor. I was very upset because the room was old and in urgent need of repairs. The room wasn't vacumed, the towels were old and when taking a shawer the water splashed everywere and the outside was flooded. I will not recomend this hotel to anybody!
