It is great hotel, nice and helpful personnel..Only negative thing I experienced that they organize almost every night party or some function and noise doesn't let to sleep till late night..

thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crest. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and the views of the harbour terrific. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, the restaurant and lounge great places to relax and eat.

We stayed at the hotel twice on our vacation both times we were upgraded to a suite. Very comfortable stay. Close to "Cow Bay" where there are restaurants and shops. The restaurant in the hotel is very too.

We found this a very comfortable hotel with wonderful views over the water. Make sure you ask for a Waterfront room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You need to stay 2 nights to relax here. We came up on the ferry from Port Hardy and left on the Skeena train for Jasper. Can highly recommend both.

This was the fourth year that I visited the Crest Hotel in Prince Rupert. I had a great room overlooking the harbour and a few metres away from an eagle's perch. Great view! AND, the sun did not set until after 10:00 p.m. The room itself was very nice but definitely not sound proof. A coffee maker, no fridge or other amenities. The WIFI was active but […] it wasn't from this century. It was painfully slow even after 'resetting'. Food was excellent. Read more

Ottimo hotel. Era stata prenotata una camera e ci è stata data una suite. Personale disponibile ed efficente: a mezzanotte ci hanno prenotato l 'escursione per la mattina dopo al santuario dei grizzly . Al che abbiamo chiesto se era possibile fermarci anche x una seconda notte non prenotata : ci hanno lasciato la stessa stanza allo stresso prezzo
