The Hotel suites are very nicely decorated and clean. Spacious and comfortable. Parking is terrible. The main lot is tiny and the auxiliary lot is in a bizzare location.

This hotel came highly recommended, and the charm was instantly apparent upon arrival. We were given a tiny room, but we also got a very low rate. The bathroom was a reasonable size, although there was mold growing up one of the bathroom walls. I reported it upon check out, and I am sure it will be taken care of. The service and food was outstanding! […] The grounds and walled garden were breath taking. I can see why people come for an escape to this charming inn. It just needs some major TLC. Read more

A very comfortable stay. Hotel was difficult to find in rural location, but worth the effort. Lovely grounds and scenery. Restaurant/Bar service was very friendly and attentive, food excellent. Room very clean and nicely decorated but tricky to find. Bed very comfortable. Could provide more towels for double occupancy.

This is a beautiful hotel set in wonderful surroundings of landscaped gardens. Open fires were burning in all main public areas. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Wedding food was delicious and well served. Our bedroom was large and we had a 4 poster, which was a nice surprise. Drinks are quite pricey but they had an excellent whisky selection. […] Our only problem was that the hotel was not in our Satnav and the hotel entrance sign was not illuminated...so we drove past it in the dark. Read more

Visiting this Hotel was an experience in itself. It is a magnificent old castle with a beutyful garden. The rooms were a bit small, but very cosy and traditionlly furnished. All staff during our stay were helpful, friendly and shared the history of the castle. We will recommend this Hotel for our friends and family, and we're definatly coming back!
