    The hotel is very conveniently located in the center of Ketchum, just a couple of streets from the base lodge of Bald Mountain and close to loads of restaurants, bars, and shops. We were very happy with the location!

    We were treated like we were royalty by the staff. The room was great and we enjoyed the in-room fireplace. The view was phenomenal! The general manager,Nicky, was exceptional. She bent over backwards to make our stay special. We will definitely stay there again.

    The hotel seems really run down. The towels were fraying and the toilet would not flush all the way. I had to make 10 flushes and I just gave up. Toilet tissue still remained. There was an annoying hum coming from the refrigerator in the room. The grout in the shower had patches of brown mold.

    This Hotel is in a good location. Easy walking in downtown Ketchum. The Hotel shows it's age in the wear and tear and the decor, The room was large with a lot of windows and a mountain view. There is no breakfast included. 10% discount at the restaurant next door. Did not try it. Not bad for the price.

    This hotel needs a major renovation. Our bath room was old and had mildew in most of the bath tub grouting. It was gross. The couch and pillows had spots on it -- it had not been cleaned on ages... Our 1st room smelled so bad from smoke that the desk had to move us. We did not have a good experience w/ this clarion...

    For the most part, we had a nice stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and clean. The decor is very dated and the TVs old. The bed was comfortable with ample pillows of decent size. However, the walls are paper thin. If you don't mind noise from your neighbors, then you will likely be happy with this hotel.

    For the lowest priced hotel room in the area, the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little dated but overall the room was clean and comfortable. Nicely located to restaurants and stores.

    The room was very nice, and very comfortable bed! We had a great view from our room of the snowy mountains. The hotel is a bit dated, but a good price for Ketchum. The guy at the front desk was very unfriendly.

    Within walking distance of all downtown Ketcham. The staff is friendly and responsive. The rooms are very clean. Would happily stay there again.

    We really like the Clarion and have stayed there a number of occasions as it is in a great location in town, (walking distance) and the rooms are clean and comfortable and air conditioned (summer). We had a great view of Bald Mountain. They have a nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and friendly staff. They used to offer breakfast in the reception area but […] it was no longer available. We really liked our room, but there were a couple maintenance issues which need to be addressed (closet wouldn't open, toilet almost overflowed and an erroneous tv remote holder in the center of the nightstand). We really like it though and would recommend it as a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Read more
