Cosy's is across the street from some of the main buildings of the Universite Catholique in Lille, which makes it an ideal place to stay if you have business at the university or are visiting a student. The co-location with the school makes for a youthful energy on the street - but it is still somewhat of a haven on the inside. In spite of an "in its bones" mildewy smell that lingered in the bathroom, the property was well maintained, the rooms bigger than expected, the beds comfortable, and the property largely quiet. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped with small refrigerator, dual-burner, stovetop, coffeemaker, pots and pans, dinnerware, etc., making it easy to prepare in-room meals with groceries from the supermarket about 3 blocks away. Recommend stocking your kitchen as the area does not exactly have a "24/7" lifestyle. Internet was functional but occasionallly clumsy and slow. Could have used one English-language television channel or some English captions on the news. Would not recommend the hotel breakfast - a little expensive and schedule limiting. Instead, take a one or two block walk and get some delicious pastries and coffee from one of many boulangeries in the area. Always seemed to be someone at the desk who spoke enough English to answer questions, provide direction, etc. Definitely a positive experience. If I return to Lille, I would stay there again.

Kortrijk Belgium is a city with tiny streets and half of them are one way! My GPS stopped working because of the tight quarters in the city and when it did it kept telling me to go down one way streets. The sign in front of the hotel is hidden by a tree and the parking is not clearly marked and is around to the back of the hotel in the alley across from the back of the police station.So the hotel is very nice but you really need to know how to get to the parking before you get to Kortrijk. I would stay there again....now that I know where it is!

When I booked the hotel for our MG car club 13 rooms,I said I needed to have a restaurant on site for our evening meal,when I arrived I was told that the restaurant was closed ,we all had to get a taxi in to town at a cost of 30 euro per car for the return trip,this did spoil our last evening together.

our stay was ruined by group of people whom kept the whole night (from 1.00 am till 6.00 am ) shouting from their room and from out side the rooms, knocking on the doors and the walls, so we were deprived from the sleep. There was no person from the managment to complain to at that time to stop that, we reported that to the receiption in the morning […] when they were available. Excellent stay had at this hotel that is a 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro station into Lille and only 10 minutes by car to the Belgium border. We took in Brugge and Gent while staying here as well as Lille itself. trés bon rapport qualité , prix , il y a un parking donc trés pratique et en + c'est sécurisé , le portail est fermé la nuit , on y rentre avec un code . personnel agreable , chambre propre et l'avantage de l'hotel est qu'il est situé tout pres de Lille , donc je recommande.

Accueil très correct. Avons été surclassés (chambre 52). Chambre correcte, mais trop prête de la VMC qui heureusement est arrêtée la nuit, car sans quoi le vrombissement du moteur est omniprésent.

Hôtel très confortable, dans un quartier tout de verdure, et un accueil très sympathique. Service du restaurant sans reproche. Un tout petit bémol: l'heure de début de petit-déjeuner (7H00), incompatible avec les RV débutant à 8H00 ou avant.

Accueil; conseil et gentillesse du personnel. Parfait pour passer quelques nuits près de Lille. 40 min à Pieds du centre ville. en chemin de lille Quartier résidentiel, joli et très calme. et soutout parking gratuit.
