Hotel is good. Its affordable and clean. No real breakfast so go to nearby starbucks or what have you. Still I have been here twice and would book again.

the room smelled like smoke, there was only one towel, and the coffee maker was broken. The receptionist was not very friendly. Breakfast was bare.. no peanut butter, just jam. No eggs, just cereal.

12 hour gig in jacksonville. got in. got out. itched like crazy in the bed which caused trouble sleeping, in which i only had 3 hours to get. other than that, no complaints.

Accessibility to I-95 and restaurants is excellent,everything else leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel rooms look like they have never spent a dime to update anything. They look very run-down and dismal. Not filthy but could have been cleaner.

the ladies at the desk were amazing! once we got to the room it smelled horrible, and there were stains all over carpet. we only had one towel. and when asked for extra the lady was upset. the breakfast was ceral and coffee nothing more. the location is great next to the air port not far from the zoo or dave and busters.

I've stayed in many hotels and the bed I slept at here was the most comfortable I ever slept on in my life, that includes beds not in hotels...maybe the room I was in I got lucky, the pillows on the other hand were typical but I use my own. I could not find a single thing to complain about this place. I thought the hotel was in good condition. It looked like they had recently updated things. It was very clean. The night manager was courteous. When I asked for help finding something nearby he was helpful. This was a very inexpensive room. I have paid more for other hotels and have had worse […] accomodations. Sometimes you don't have to pay a lot to get something decent. I think this place is one of those rare occasions where it happens that way. My only possible gripe was that the carpet was not that clean. But the bathroom, beds, and the rest of the room and the hotel itself were all very clean. Easy on and off of I-95, with places to eat nearby. Complimentary coffee in the room and free Wifi. I read the so called bad reviews, and I can THANKFULLY say none of them are true. I arrived at the hotel at midnight, plenty of free parking. The hotel staff was courteous, and prompt in giving me my hotel card keys. It is above Motel 6 quality and similar to Super 8's quality. The room is VERY standard -- 2 beds a white bathroom and microwave and fridge […] for a cheap price. The only cons are the following: breakfast is served from 6 to 9, and bad pillows. room was better than i expected the only negative is the breakfast was lacking coffee(no defac,milk or hot cocoa) toast, 2 types of muffins, no fruit and you could not take it back to your room. i needed a something close the the interstate for one night.

This hotel is old, minimially clean and outdated. My room had a unusual smell but because my regular hotel was booked and I was only staying one night, I just dealt with it. This hotel is an old chain hotel and it is obvious. If you can deal with all these drawbacks, the price is right. I highly doubt I'll be back.

While the hotel was very convenient for where I needed to be, I will not stay here again. The hotel is old inside and out. The room smelled of smoke, the furniture was old with chunks broken off and the bathroom was horrible. The tub really should be replaced..period! I guess I got what I paid for.

EXCELLENT stay for the money. Much better than I expected. Obviously an older hotel but if you need a cheap comfortable place to stay it is perfect! Only negative was that the continental breakfast was pretty much some toast and two types of cereal. But other than that I was pleasantly surprised!

I guess I shouldn't complain for the price I paid. It was pretty inexpensive, but the room was pretty dingy and the desk clerk was really grumpy and yelled at me when I asked him too many questions. The rug was stained all over and it overall the room had seen better days. It was clean though.
