We arrived late on Thursday evening 10:30p and found our room had not been cleaned up from the previous occupant. My wife had a broken leg and we needed this handicap room so changing rooms was not a good option. The front desk manager (Tye) got us clean sheets and helped me make the bed even though she was supposed to be off duty. The lady the next […] morning helped us out by getting us more clean towels and bathroom supplies. We were down to Arlington for our granddaughters wedding and the rest of our stay went well. It's not by any means the nicest hotel but if you want a quiet environment that's still close to the main attractions in Arlington, this is a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and the building and rooms were clean. It had kind of a homey feel to it.

The hotel was very nice with good comfortable rooms. Very quiet. Very clean. The hotel staff was more than helpful and asked us several times if everything was to our satisfaction. This hotel is across the highway from Six Flags and would be VERY convenient if visiting for that purpose. We plan on staying there again when we return to Arlington.

The hotel was renovating everything. It was torn up with construction waking us up, the smell of varnish was everywhere. The staff was very kind but there's only so much you can do. The rooms were not made for families. Very small sink area, there was a dresser but no room to store luggage or excess stuff. Small desk area and a small chair. The stay overall was bad do to the lack of organization along with the construction. First, when we arrived we were told we had access to the elevator from the back or front so we parked our vehicle to the back. Once we were inside the construction crew decided to stop the elevator to re-carpet and then closed off the back door for tile. Told to use […] the stairs at the end of the building in which was blocked off between the second and third floor. The other side stairs were blocked off by construction unless you walked around the outside. The next morning the construction decided to cut off the water while I was taking a shower. The remodeling will be nice. They were just finishing the breakfast area when we left. This is more of a leisure place than business. There were very noisy people allowed in the pool until 11 pm, and we had to be up early for an 8 am meeting the next day.

The whole bottom floor was under construction and was a filthy dirty mess. The breakfast room was under construction. There were no towels for the pool. The bathtub had soap scum all over it. The breakfast was cold and hard. I will not be staying here again.

My husband and I stay at the Fairfield Mariott on Lamar Blvd in Arlington every time we are there. It is a perfect location to the ballpark, Six Flags and numerous other places. We are very satisfied with our stay and the friendliness of the staff.

We took our 2 children to Six Flags for a mini-vacation for Spring Break and were delighted to find such a great deal! The hotel was very convenient and the staff was incredible. We were on the 3rd floor, in room 304 so it was one of the newly renovated rooms. The room was nice overall, however the cooling system was noisy and there was quite a bit […] of road noise when the AC went off. I ended up turning the fan on in order to drown out the street noise. The floor in the bathroom was a little dirty, but nothing terribly off-putting. Other than that, the only other issues we had were the TV reception wasn't great on some of the channels and I never could get my wireless to connect to the wi-fi. The free breakfast offered more than just cereal, which was a nice start. In addition, the free trolley to the park was a definite perk. We will look here first if we do another overnight in Arlington, it is a great value! Read more

The hotel staff were very helpful, and the hotel is in a safe area for me and my (2) girls to stay. The rooms are a little small, but if you are there for Six Flags and site seeing, you are not in the rooms that much anyway...

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times even though I have had a choice. The hotel is nice, clean, and has a nice breakfast, but the big seller is the staff! They are the BEST! I travel frequently and when I'm in the Arlington area I stay at the Arlington Six Flags Fairfield Inn.

I stay about 100 nights a year in hotels and this one was great for a business trip or trip to 6 Flags or surrounding attractions. It has a great location, rooms were very clean and the staff helpful. Only bad issue i had was no covered pull-through for loading and unloading in the rain which isn't an issue 99% of the time in Texas but it was the day […] i was leaving.
