"Nice but reservations should be honored"
It was clean and nice but we booked a double bed and by the time we got there they were all gone. And we weren't the only ones that happened to. There should be a system in place that keeps rooms already booked from being handed out. And with the pullout sofa there wasn't much space left especially with teenage boys.

We were delayed at DFW due to weather. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled along with about 200 other ones. We were lucky enough to book this hotel while waiting in line attempting to rebook our tickets on a flight with actual seats instead of opting for standby. We thought we would only need the hotel for one night. But, we ended up being delayed two days. The hotel staff was able to extend our stay by an additional day with no problem. The hotel is 5 minutes from the car rental at DFW and close to area restaurants as well as a CVS. The room was clean (my biggest priority), and comfortable. It was even quiet even though there were quite a few area high school sports teams staying here as well. We would definitely return even without being delayed at DFW,

"Inconsistent"
The first night was good. Room was clean and quiet location...able to sleep well. However, the second evening, my room key did not work--went to hotel lobby 2 times to have it reset - and 3rd time the hotel front desk person had to get me into my room with the master key. Was moved two doors down to a new room - the room that I was in had a dead roach on the floor near the air conditioner. The air conditioner was noisey and went it turned on the vents vibrated and woke me up at 4am...the TV was barely hinged to the base board to hold it up without teatering. Everything else seemed ok but did not have a pleasant 2nd evening. I would not return to this hotel due to inconsisetent issues.

"Nice Place"
Nice clean hotel. Bed was comfy. Upon check in had to wait 10-15 minutes for the front desk clerk to show up which was a little aggravating after a 6 hour car ride but things happen. Overall happy with the place

"Friendly Staff"
Staff was really friendly and accomodating. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. My only issue was the complementary breakfast buffet. They ran out of items because the hotel was full. They should anticipate accordingly in that situation. The second day we were there, the power went out in the buffet room, so no waffles. But I would still rate the staff as friendly and the recommend the hotel.

We were in the area for a football game. The hotel was wonderful! The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the service was great, and the breakfast was perfect with a lot to choose from. Overall, I have found a new home when I visit Dallas area.

Pool was great! Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was busy. Had to wait for eggs and coffee, but, we came down after 9:00, so was expected. Would stay again. Nikki was very helpful!

"Not what I was expecting"
The neighborhood was really nice! When we checked in we were given the wrong room, we reserved a handicap accessible room and was put in a normal room. The hot breakfast was a joke and the attendant left dirty tables and never cleaned until breakfast time was over. Needless to say we ended up eating elsewhere. The best part of the room was the bed! I have a serious back injury and cant sleep restfully usually, but I was able to sleep well and woke up hurting less in the morning than what is normal for me. I would stay there again just because of the bed but I know now that I have to be diligent when checking in and plan to eat breakfast elsewhere.

"Poor service"
Reserved a non-smoking 2 queen bed room over a month prior to arriving. Given keys by clerk and was given a non-smoking king bed room. Not going to share a bed with my cousin. Went back to desk. Offered first a non-smoking king bed & queen sleeper sofa room; and then a smoking 2 queen bed room. Was told that a non-smoking 2 queen bed room was not available. Finally, clerk located the correct room. Also, shuttle service is not available over 5 miles. DFW airport is 8 miles away. Stay at your own risk.

First off, you can't beat the price. For what I paid, I expected a low standard motel. What I got was a superior quality mini resort! "Quick one night stay"
We stayed at this hotel for a night as we were driving through Irving to meet a friend. The hotel staff were very friendly. Our checkout time was 11AM. We reached Dallas and checked-in only by 4 AM. We asked for extra time to sleep. The receptionist was fine with this but said tat we got to checkout by 1PM for sure so that they can prepare the room for next reservation. Overall a pleasant stay.

"Great Hotel"
I could tell when I walked in thru the entrance the comfort of that place. The guy at front desk was so polite and welcoming. I cant say much more bc it is hardly any words that can describe the best hotel stay. Breakfast was awesome

"Served the purpose"
This Hampton was middle of the road as far as Hamptons go. One side entrance card scanner didn't work the other was sketchy at best. The exhaust fan in our room's bathroom didn't work. As the title states; this Hampton Inn served its purpose and that's about it.

It was a good stay. Great location and surrounding area. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Only issue is the hair dryer was broken ,almost caught on fire. Carpet needed cleaning but overall, great stay.

"OK hotel for the price."
Hotel was clean. The room was clean. Had a awesome view of the downtown Dallas skyline. Toilet got stopped up, maintenance was gone for the night had to get a toilet plunger from the front desk to be able to flush the toilet. The pool looked dirty and hadn't been cleaned.

"Airport stay, just didn't want to be next to it"
This hotel had good reviews and I can see why. All the staff was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast area with plenty of food and choices. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was in a great neighborhood and easy to get in and out of. Close enough to the airport, but no noise from the planes, which was key for us in booking this hotel. I would definately stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

"Room fine but had plumbing problems"
Room was comfortable, nice size and had easy access to highways. Breakfast was good and staff did a good job of filling food items as needed. Evening cookies was a nice touch. Only issues we encountered was that the tub faucet leaked and the vanity sink would not drain if sink was half filled. Maintenance was able to replace the tub faucet cartridge to stop the leak but hot/cold were switched-was only a minor inconvenience for our stay.

"disapointed of Hotels.com"
The hotel itself was fine as I expected except in there breakfast they had the eggs mixed with pork and and sliced pork on the side that means they don't leave a choice of any hot breakfast to the customers who doesn't eat pork. other than that it's good for the price we paid.what's not good was hotels.com as I wrote to them before regarding a problem happened to me any my friend on our last reservation throw hotels.com and they never responded and when we went to the hotel as I reserved two rooms I only found one room reserved, glad I had the confirmation email on me so we got the second room after 35 minutes of standing in front of the reservation disk. I'm not sure how the connection between hotels.com and there hotels works but it's not a good connection at all. and hopefully they will try to satisfy me or im not booking with them again. asaid from that gust to say i own a MMA gym and travel almost every week.

Good hotel in a quiet area. Great breakfast in the AM. Next to other hotels and open space.

"Dallas visit : ONE WEEK"
Never disappointed with Hampton however, this hotel location is sort of tricky getting around. Perhaps its me. Staff is helpful and breakfast suffice my morning needs. No complains, will definitely stay again in the future.
