      My new bride and I had a pleasant stay here. The condo we had was awesome and the tub is huge. When we come back to the Smokies, we will be staying here. The rooms are costly but hey we are on vacation. great place to stay.

      My husband and I needed time away from home. We are raising grand kids and just needed some time to ourselves. We have stayed there before and were pleased both stays. This is an older building and is in need of some upgrades. But all in all was a comfortable place to stay. We did enjoy our stay.

    I have stayed at this hotel several times. Most of those times our room has been fine. The room smelled like smoke and there was cigarette burns in the bedding. (It was supposed to be a non-smoking room) Our air conditioner didn't work very well. It needs updated or a very good cleaning!

The night we booked we called to get it arranged to have both rooms conjoined....this didn't happen, WiFi didn't work and the front desk asked ME to call techinical support which i stayed on the phone for nearly an hour and nothing was resolved.....so no WiFi the entire trip and i wasn't the only guest to complain, neither […] hair dryer in either room worked, the toilet broke in one room, the other room the AC had to be replaced, the sink stopped up, and the "hot Breakfast" was stale doughnuts, toast, waffles, and cereal.     The first room we were placed in couldn't have smelled more like ciggaretts if it had been an actual ashtray. Since we requested a non-smoking room, this was a problem. The hotel staff offered an apology and moved us to a new room immediatly. The room was a bit worn and fairly clean, but the beds were UNCOMFORTABLE. My 5 year old son couldn't even get […] comfortable enough to sleep, and kids can sleep almost antwhere when their tired! I wouldn't spend ant more than 1 night in this hotel and if I did stay at this hotel again I would pack a featherbed to sleep on.     This was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. As soon as we saw how filthy the rooms were we went to find another place to stay. We couldn't stay there even one nite/ it was terrible, do not stay here, big mistake.

    The hotel wasn't too bad especially for $45/night. The beds were not comfortable, the bed did not even have a fitted sheet on it. So, the sheet was coming off the bed all night. They were using an extension cord for some of the outlets and one outlet was not even covered and was exposed. We probably will not stay here again.     This hotel could have been great but it was not all that clean. Bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke! No hot water, had to run it for 20 min first! Other then that it was ok. I would try to find something better next time however!!!

    our room was very dirty and had to ask several times for the staff to send someone to clean our room. the front desk staff were rude and seemed inconvenienced to meet our request. i will not be staying at this hotel again. pay the extra money and stay at the Hampton across the street

    Well to be honest, I would stay at that particular hotel again. We checked in around 4a.m. and our rooms were ready for us. Peaceful, available even when it's crowded. It was nice all the way. The price you pay is reasonable too. Planning on returning again.
