toilet needed to be plunged, same as last year. No milk at b-fast...someone ended going to the store to get some while we waited. Facility needs to be updated, probably won't stay there again.

The beds were comfortable, but could use new linens/pillows. The shower was very nice w/ a nice large bathroom. Hotel staff was very accomodating. Especially the front desk/breakfast employee. She left out the breakfast foods a bit longer for those who got a late start. She asked before taking the food in the back if anyone wanted more. The woman who checked us in was extremely helpful! We actually picked the wrong days on here, and she helped us change our reservation. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great and it was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Hands down the best Days Inn we've been to. Pleasantly surprised!

Basically OK. 2 beds in room, one had a very rigid outer edge. TV resolution low. Jacuzzi worked GREAT and was very welcome. Breakfast pastries were tasteless but sweet.

I was disappointed with the attitude of the attendant as I arrived at 4:00 p.m. to get my room: When I got to the room there where hole behind the door and slice marks as well to the wall. I took pictures and went back to the lobby attendant and reported it and he said he would send a maintenance person to look at it: I was never informed if he came […] or not. The bath tub had human body hair in it and there was no soap in the bathroom as well. The continental breakfast was good however and the morning lobby attendant was very friendly and helpful. Would i stay at this hotel in Luddington MI again "probably not" Would I refer it to a friend or family member Probably Not. I have stayed at many Days Inn around the state this was nothing more than a run down hotel with very little up keep done. I got to Luddington once a year for my anniversary weekend we love the beach and the fishing during early October but will probably not stay at this hotel again. Did I mention I took pictures upon arrival and a video with my cell phone: AHH The wonders of technology. I recommend you revamp this hotel and look into the maintenance and room cleaning services. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location. Easy on/off to US10 and lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. Located about 3-1/2 miles from the beaches in Ludington.

No pictures ,no decorations. very old and dated environment. rooms were clean but bed was hard and pillows where small and flat! looks and feels like 2 story motel. staff minimal but friendly and helpful . Breakfast was the highlight- great waffles and baby muffins and alot more my kids loved. No pool or recreation center! price fits the place just […] right. free golf practice in the back of motel would have been a bonus. this place is in the back near a wherehouse I think and go carts nearby, not open in OCT. our kids would of liked it. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly. Overhead the staff stating that the guys fishing leave by 4 am, so they put out the breakfast at 3:30 already - thought that was very smart. Only drawback - lots of smokers seem to stay here - but we could ignore that, considering the low price for what was offered.

It was clean and neatly but simply decorated. It served our purpose of stay which was a place to lay our heads for the night. The breakfast offered was plentiful. We liked the waffles you can make yourself. We did wish there was a DVD player in the room, but cable TV sufficed.

For the price, all was acceptable. Had to wait to get in to our room, but we were early, so there's that. Free breakfast was a laugh. Coffee was gone, not much to choose from outside of the cook yer own waffle - but all I really wanted was coffee ... Which 3 people had to ask before it was furnished.
