Unfortunately this was not a good experience. My husband stayed here one week for business and had to gather cleaning supplies to clean his room. He also stated that he didn't feel good walking around the room without shoes.

I booked room with two double bed thru hotels .com , when I got there I was told that hotels.com over booked these And they dont have any available . however the customer service resolved this quickly and I was given two rooms ..I instead for the price of one .. happy with my stay over there

The hotel looks ok on the outside but it is a dump inside. My room smelled like smoke and there was blood on the carpet and couch. The facility is not clean and definitely not family friendly. I skipped my second night, which I paid for in advance, because I couldn't take another night at this location.

The first thing I noticed when I got to my room is that it was tidy and straightened but not at all clean. The counter and the table both had several coffee/mug/glass rings on them and the microwave had several crumbs glued to it by the large volume of grease liberally and carelessly applied to the whole front. The carpet had a few nasty brown food/gunk […] stains permanently adhered to the fibers in a few spots. The room was orderly but felt disgusting. Cleaned, but not sanitized. Yuk. The bed was adequate and neutral in comfort. The pillows were hilariously insubstantial. You will almost have to bring your own pillow. On the good side of things, the shower was fantastic! Possibly the best I've ever had in a hotel. Specifically just the shower head though. The drain was partially clogged and was half up to my ankles by the time I finished. Also, they thought it would be a good idea to use a shower curtain that is about 1 foot too long, you know, just in case. It's a bit dangerous as it liked to float up in the deep water and wrap around your feet and try to trip you. The two employees I dealt with were very friendly and pleasant. I've stayed in worse hotels at this price so I'd say this was definitely moderate in terms of quality and price. Read more

Dirty, smelly, moldy, old and over all, I was afraid to take my shoes off and touch anything. The walls were smeared with something out of this world as well as the couch. No up keep whatsoever. It would have been better if I stayed in my car!!!!! Pitiful excuse for a hotel.

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch for our family of 5. When we arrived at Studio Plus we were told they only had a queen bed and pull out couch, so one of our children would be on the floor. Luckily we had a sleeping bag in the trunk of our car. We got to the room, which looked pretty beat up, and realized there weren't sheets […] for the extra bed or enough towels for the 5 of us. The gentleman at the front was nice, and checked the back, but only came up with a fitted sheet and a crumpled up blanket that he handed to me wadded up in a ball, explaining that it was in the dryer. I took it, hoping it hadn't actually been in the dirty pile... then we were told there were absolutely no extra towels or a top sheet for the pull out couch. What kind of hotel can't provide beds, sheets and towels for the number of guests on the reservation? Terrible. Read more

I'm surprised that the Alpharetta area has such a low-quality establishment. I obviously underestimated what extended stay meant and was surprised to experience such low standards. Dirty carpet, stained walls, stained sink and tub, poor room lighting, wireless internet didn't work, old-style tube TV. The only reasons I didn't switch hotels was that the shower was hot, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. Public school bus picks up kids from this hotel in the morning.

Well when I came in I was assigned to room 311 when I walked in the bath wasnot made and the towels from the last person occupying the room where still on the floor the trash was not taken out I called the front desk about it abs they told me to being down someone else dirty sheets not happening so I went down n told the night attendant what was going […] on he moved me to room 118 alot better not what I expected of the hotel but it was ok lastly I just pulled the dust cover back n slept on my own towel n covered up with my jacket that should protray my state of mind. The hotel was next door to the facility where we needed to go. However, the hotel wasn't as nice ad we'd hoped. In the future, we'll likely look for another hotel nearby to stay at.

There is no obvious main lobby or front desk open past normal business hours. I ended up having to call them and tell them I was there at which point someone came out of the "main entrance" to get me signed in. There was no shampoo in the room (had to get it from vendin machine) and the toilet paper ran out (no extra rolls in room).

Rooms are old- 19 inch old TV's-- Internet access was sketchy-- and did not work.. Many families live there due to monthly price of Staff was very nice and cordial- the rooms were just not updated. My room was not cleaned in 3 days. I have stayed here many times but this was the last.

1st room had no water. 2nd room had no phone service. Ok because I had the cell. Staff wend out of the way and would have moved me again but I was tired and stayed in the phoneless room. Rooms were great. Worn but taken care of. I will be back because I would be trowing $$$ away to go elsewhere.

Hotel staff at Studio plus were wonderful. The night guest clerk specifically. The addition of a kitchen to the rooms really helped me to keep vacation costs down. the pool really helped for the days when the kids just needed to calm back down and be worn out.
