The hotel is self was pretty good, and the rooms very clean.. However, the walls and the door where way to thin so we could here every foot step of the people that where walking by, and each word they said, so we were always waking up the entire night.

This was a "tiny" room and noise level was awful. The floors are made of wood, so whenever the person above us moved it was as if they were in the room with us. Because the walls are thin, we could hear people talking on both sides of us and in the hallway. The reservation was booked for the wrong night (my fault for not reading the confirmation email before printing) but even though they were fully booked from the event that we were attending the girls at the front desk were very helpful and gave us the option of a smoking room. I told her I had a sensitivity to the smoke and she gave me a key to their […] available room so I could see if it was aired out enough, at first glance it looked nice, the furniture looked new and it smelled clean so we stayed. But looks can be deceiving. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. I put my foot next to the bed and ended up kicking a soda bottle out from under the bed. The room smelled clean at first but once we got into the bed the smell of smoke was over powering and gave me a headache. The toilet didn’t flush correctly and the shower was so gross that my husband and I both opted not to use it. The door was not sealed around the frame and when people walked by or used the vending machines we could hear every noise coming from outside the room. We had to leave too early to see if their continental breakfast was any good but they had warm cookies for our arrival which I though was a nice touch. Overall the service was good but the hotel needs some more updates especially in the bathrooms! Read more

We stayed here on our way to Florida. The previous night we had stayed at a Country Inn & Suites in Virginia and that was a much nicer place than this one. This joint was somewhat noisy, "seedy" according to my wife and we were greeted by a check-in clerk with "tude." Ms Gwen was very pleasant and helpful during ceck in. The only thing we did not like was the trash by the side entrance door. I would recomend and stay at ths Sleep Inn again.

We were unaware that this motel has no elevator. It's fine for a first-floor guest, but it's tough to lug heavy suitcases up a flight of stairs. Guess we need to ask more questions before booking or learn to travel lighter!

We expected an average one-night stay here, but were disappointed. In spite of the average cost, the hotel was undergoing renovations that were not done well. Our room had a new shower stall with a door that almost fell off the hinge. Bugs in the shower light had been there quite a while and the bathroom floor was sticky wet, so much so that our shoe […] prints were left behind! Cleanliness was not a high priority throughout the hotel. And we were given access to our room through a back door that was all but blocked by building materials for the rooms being renovated. While our room appeared clean and in good repair, we discovered dead roaches in the refrigerator. There was no conditioner in our room and when we asked at the desk, the staff simply said they were out and gave no additional information as if it was an imposition on our part to ask. Those elements sort of put a damper on the overall effect. For a hotel […] that advertises their breakfast as a major selling point, it was downright embarrassing. The first morning, there was no waffle mix or other sweets or even fruit. The choice was cereal, grits or oatmeal. A handwritten sign was on the waffle maker indicating they were out. The second morning there was waffle mix but no one appeared to be watching the remaining items. Again, cereal, grits or oatmeal were the alternatives. Both mornings, we were forced to find breakfast elsewhere. Sorry, but I am not sure that I could recommend this hotel to others! Read more

The room was not clean. Specifically, the shower door was extremely dirty; mostly with soap scum build up from at least a week or more of not being cleaned. Paint was chipping off of the walls, trimming, and ceiling in the bath room. Room was suppose to be non smoking, but smelled like cigarette smoke.

We stayed at this Sleep Inn twice. We stayed on our way to Orlando from Baltimore and then on our return trip. It was convenient and exactly half way to our destination and easily accessible to I 95. There were several restaurants in this location such as Ruby Tuesday and Cracker Barrel. The price was right.
