"The Hotel in Branson"
Definantly a must stay hotel! I have never stayed here but will stay the next time we come to Branson. Very very convient to all the shopping and strip. ;) Breakfast was soooo good and I'm not just saying that! Sausage gravy was delicious and the staff kept up with everything! We stayed in the studio suite it was very up to date with all the furniture […] / colors! Very comfortable & clean! I was extremely pleased. Pool hours were great & clean! I highly recommend! We booked a two bedroom suite for a 5 night stay. Located near the strip, but in a very quiet spot, room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast each morning with a good variety of items. Would definitley stay again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Convenient and Comfortable"
We stayed 2 nights at the Residence Inn Marriott in Branson, MO. The room was fantastic! Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the 2 bedroom suite. We enjoyed a full hot breakfast each morning. The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable, the pool was nice and just the right temperature, and the location was very convenient. The only complaint […] would be that the walls were pretty thin and we could hear the people above us, but it wasn't anything that a good pair of ear plugs wouldn't cure. Overall a great experience. We will stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel was a 5 star :) The room was HUGE and spotless. Food at check in was not only a surprise, but good and plenty! Breakfast could not have been better! All staff was more than friendly and helpful. Would definitely return to this hotel if ever back in this area. THANKS!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and were impressed by the suite and warm breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel was okay. Breakfast was basically same for all 4 days, more variety would have been nice. Snacks at night were for only 3 nights. We were on the second floor and when room was occupied above us late at night 12:00 midnight we could hear them walking on the floors vibrations coming through our ceiling and talking. For what appeared to be a well […] built hotel was not very soundproofed. Hot tub heater wasn't working the last night and it was too cold to go in. Rooms were big and spacious and comfortable. Fireplace was wood burning and not gas seemed weird. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Response by Residence Inn by Marriott Branson Thank you for your review of our hotel, we appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback about our property and service. I do apologize for the inconvenience of the noise, I sincerely hope you will stay with us again, and we would be more than happy to put a request in for a top floor room, to try to avoid any excess noise. I would also like to apologize for the temperature of the hot tub, and that has since been fixed. I am glad that you enjoyed our spacious rooms, and I do hope that you will return and let us try again at giving you a more enjoyable stay! "Comfortable and quiet place to stay"

We stayed at the Branson Residence Inn back in May while traveling from Georgia up to Kansas City. We stayed for a couple of nights to see some of the local shows and Silver Dollar City. The location was fine for us to maneuver around to get to the local attractions and restaurants. We could drive close to the main street or take some of the back roads to get around. I stay frequently at Residence Inns around the USA. The staff were very polite and helpful with checking in and responding to questions that we had about the area. The room suite worked well for my family and the amenities were nice as expected with the kitchen and all. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty with hot and cold foods. We enjoyed the pool and exercise facility. We enjoyed our stay, slept well and recommend this Residence Inn for others to stay in the future.

My 91 year old mother decided Branson was on her bucket list so off on a road trip we went! The staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The place is well maintained and clean. We did not use pool or exercise room. The women working the breakfast room were so sweet giving my friend a goody bag for her birthday.
"Nice Place to Stay"

I'd recommend staying at this hotel. I'm a frequent stayer at Marriott's and am somewhat of an expert on these hotels. I was a bit apprehensive due to the sketchy reviews for this hotel, but those are over dramatic and likely due to a one time event that can happen at even 5 star hotels. The rooms in this hotel are nice, clean, well taken care of. The hotel isn't brand new, but is in good shape. The nice thing is they have a grill you can use any time, as long as it's available A firepit you can hang out at and a basketball court to mess around with. During our visit the pool was very chlorine intense and it was hard on they eyes to be in there. That would be my only complaint. That should be maintained better. The people working there were nice and helpful and did their job well.
"Nice place, good dinners"

We stayed here for 3 nights. The beds were comfortable and rooms large. We didn't really use the kitchen but the fridge was nice to have. We ate breakfast in the lobby and that was typical fare (waffles, bagels, yogurt, biscuits/gravy, etc). We also were there for the manager's evenings in the lobby. The cheese/meats were perfect before heading to a show. The pulled pork was very good.
"Beds are like concrete slabs!!"

Checking out of the two bedroom today after two nights and overall this is a good hotel. The two bedrooms with a pull out sofa are perfect for larger families! The free breakfast buffet was good but extremely crowded which should be expected during the week of Independence day. Kids had fun in the pool area but the pool was very cloudy. The hotel is just off the 76 strip so it was not noisy at all and very easy to get to and great location for all area attractions. The staff was very friendly and accomodating and we were treated to cookies as Gold Members. My only real complaint is the beds!!! It was like sleeping on a slab of concrete and I can not imagine anyone wanting this firm of a bed!! It was so uncomfortable the pull out sofa bed was more comfortable. I have had this issue with Fairfields in the past but do not recall a Residence Inn with beds this uncomfortable. If only staying1 night I would probably stay here again but anything more, I am not sure that I would. If not for the beds, I would have given this at least 4 stars.
"Clean Hotel But It Needs To Be Updated!!"
06/30/14 pftambur Phoenix, Arizona
This was my second week long visit to this property in the past four years. While I expected the same level of service and cleanliness as four years ago, not much has been done by this property owner to update the rooms and facilities. As a Marriott Top Tier member, I was provided an upgrade to a one bedroom. The furniture in the room was worn and the bathroom in the room had mold in numerous places in the shower and both televisions worked part of the time, with signals breaking up and dropping off during my entire stay. Breakfast in the morning was good and the staff was pleasant. This is a high occupancy property in Branson, so beware that this is not your typical Marriott Property.

Friendly staff and clean room. Usual breakfast food-cereal, eggs, waffles, fruit, etc. which was all good. Front rooms are noisy with fairly busy road outside and Saturday trash pick up at 5:30 AM. Maintenance request went unanswered. You can probably find a better place for $150 a night.
"Clean and relaxing "

I slept so good in this hotel! It was five of us and we had plenty of room. The room was very clean and we loved Marlena, our housekeeper. She really made us feel at home. Breakfast was great! Charlotte was wonderful with her cheery morning spirit. Breakfasts included scrambled eggs, Canadian turkey bacon, oatmeal, waffles, pancakes, French Toast, sausage gravy with buscuits and tons more. They rotate the menus every day. This was a great place to lay our heads down after a fun filled day!
"Stay if you want to be chased across the parking lot by the front desk staff."
05/31/14 Todd201497 Dallas, Texas
Nice hotel, but the front desk staff needs remedial training in basic customer service skills. As an Elite Marriott Rewards member, I always check the bill that is placed under my door the morning of check out and then I leave the key behind. Never in hundreds of Marriott hotel stays have I had the front desk staff chase me across the parking lot telling me that I have to come back in and "settle my bill". The lady working the desk embarrassed us in front of other customers and made us sound like we were sneaking out without paying. If you want to be treated like a common criminal, make sure that you stay at the Residence Inn Branson!
"Very nice stay"

We were in Branson for three days and chose because of location and access. The hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. Our room was quiet and we enjoyed their recently redone pool and hot tub. They are due for an up grade after this season. If you want location with good access to entertainment on yellow route, this is the location.
