I was disappointed, the shower curtain had mold on it.(when told about it they did change it) The man @ the front desk was on his cell phone away from the desk a lot. Breakfast was a disappointment.

I was very impressed with the hotel and the staff. It was in an extremely safe location and was easy to get in and out of. The staff was kind enough to also give us a 1st floor room when a tour group was coming through. Convenient location to visit Amish Country, Gettysburg and Valley Forge. Also not too far from Philadelphia. The Days Inn was incredibly convenient for a visit to the Sight & Sound Theatre and to the outlets. The rooms were good enough for sleeping in, but the beds were a little on the hard side for our taste. Everything was clean and I found the guy at the front desk to be very helpful and courteous. The price would be the only reason to stay at this hotel. Everything was about as basic as you could find and although it wasn't dirty, it wasn't really clean. The breakfast buffet was just lots of carbs and not much else. This would be a place to stay if you were just worried about money and weren't too picky.

Other guests at the hotel were not respectful of those trying to sleep. It was after midnight before hotel noise quieted down enough that we could get to sleep. Part of the noise was TVs in other rooms but also part of the noise was from guests talking loudly. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. the location of the hotel was great! but the first room that i was given the room keys didnt work! tried 3 different sets of keys. the evening guy was great and very friendly! he did give me a new room. but the room was handicapped. but the room was located right nexted to the dining area. and i could hear everyone walking in and out. it was so noisy […] especially at breakfast! tried to rest and couldnt!! We have stayed here before and it is good for the price. However, this time amother guest spent the entire night walking up and down the hallway speaking very LOUDLY on her cell phone. I called the desk and asked them to do something, which they quickley did, but 15 minutes later she was at it again. My husband had to ask her himself at 3 am to please […] be quiet. She just laughed. The next morning she was in the lobby on her cell phone again. The front desk apologized and said she would be asked to leave...didn't help us any because we were leaving too. This is not a bad place and I realize not exactly their fault, but maybe they should enforce some sort of continuous cell phone use in the hall rule. This woman obviously had mental problems and I don't know what the best way to deal with this is. Read more

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the person who was in the room before us has an accident in the hall by my room but that it had been clean and is ready for us. When I got into the room, the room had a horrendous stench. I was then told that I could have another room which I accepted. This room had a sopping wet carpet by the air conditioner. […] The bathroom door did not close correctly and when flushing the toilet you could hear it down the hall. The attendant at the front desk also had a huge hickey on her neck. Bathroom in main lobby had no lock on it, and when I used the bathroom, I was walked in on. The only complainant we have is, during the night the person directly across from kept coming and going all night long and leaving his door bang every time he came or went, this went on until 5:30-6:00 am when he left. So every time he'd leave his door slam, so that meant mostly everyone around didn't. Despite some initial concerns - I would stay again. The third room assigned was acceptable to stay in. the second room's refridge didn't work, but I didn't need it. - only the room wasn't cleaned from the last occupants. The third room also had a refridge that didn't work - a bug crawled across the pillows as I first arrived .
