I was generally satisfied with this hotel. But some staff, especially in Sushi bar and Juice bar on the beach was so unkind that I recommend to train them again. Those persons are spoiling the good image of the hotel.

Nice hotel on the beach, restaurants good. Need to work on the times of everything. Only one place open at certain times for food. Definitely need a 24 hour snack bar that is custom with most all inclusives. The swim up bar is out of the sun so never used. Very bad design. No jucuzzi. They need music in the lobby bar and all restauarnts. Odd that they don't. Long waits at certain restauarnts. You have to pay for internet!!!!! And when you do it is terrible. Not a good connection anywhere. In saying all of this we did enjoy our stay but it has the potential of being a lot better with just a few changes.

All inclusive is the only way to go! Was tempted not to go out and see the sights cuz there is so much to do here! Staff was friendly and accommodating at all times. The timeshare peddlers was a little annoying, but were tolerable. Food was pretty good, but the selection got mundane after a couple of days. If you're offended with alternative lifestyles, this isn't the hotel for you.

My wife and i just returned from a 2 week stay at the oasis sens, we had a great time-(1st time to Cancun)-nice hotel right by this beatiful beach, all inclusive is the way to go. excellent food,excellent staff, perfect weather.

Nice place for a short stay. Didn't like the fact if you pay for wifi you can only use one device. Food was ok snack bar was not good and a lil coke and rum or sweet drink will make you forget all about eating. Beach was amazing and the pool is as cold as the ice bucket challenge. But overall it's worth the 3night stay.

Just returned with my mom from a week long trip to the Oasis Sens. We had a very relaxing time at the hotel. The pools are well maintained and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms could be decorated a little better and there was very little lighting in the room. If you want to play beach volleyball/ aerobics in the water/ Zumba/ Pole dancing/ Salsa lessons, the activity team at the resort is always friendly and ready to get you moving. Sabina/ Antonio are always smiling and ready to play sports at the resort. If you want to hang by the pool and drink, you can do that too. I tend to like to do things while on vacation at the resort. The reception team at the front desk was always so helpful. Victor, Anna and Dion are always ready to help you navigate the area and answer any questions. Take the R1 or R2 bus at the bottom of the hotel road, for $1.00 and you can get just about anywhere on the Hotel Zone area. Shopping mall that is amazing head to La Isla- high end shopping and regular stores too. You can check out Walmart for anything you may need too. The dining options are nice. You won't be starving at all. They have pool side places to eat, Mr. Whimpy or The Happy Chicken where you can get food during the day. Dinner, You have lots of options to try out. The buffet you can't go wrong, The Black Hole, very interesting dining experience in the dark. Italian restaurant has good food too. The Box is another option too- my suggestion is to try them all out.

Great location and really nice beach. Most restaurants close early so that only leaves the buffet open at night. Most food was very good, sushi, Mexican yes but pizza and Italian not so much. Don´t expect the vanity lights above the bed to work as ours did not and after discussing with a manager they have no source to even replace the broken ones which there are apparently a lot of. Not a big deal but they should remove that from one of the nice additions to the room as advertised. Our thermostat shorted out on first touch sending a spark and burnt a hols through the plastic so no AC on the first night. Maint. repaired it the next day while we were out.

The view us the beautiful right on the beach, the staff are nice and the food is excellent, however if you don't enjoy being in a hot room where the AC doesn't work this hotel is not for you. That's the only reason I wouldn't go back, I think the hotel knows there AC system isn't great but chose to do nothing about it. I spent my entire trip complaing couldn't sleep at nights because of the heat, they sent three maintance guy but nothing works, as I said the hotel needs to upgrade their system that's where the problem is. Thank God my room was right next to the beach and I was able to open the balcony door that's the only reason why I made it through the heat. Please you have a wonderful property, great view and wonderful staff invest in your AC system so you won't keep losing customers. Because of the AC as good as this hotel is I will never return.

Check in was a nightmare. It took well over two hours to wait in what they call the VIP lounge to check in with only one employee at one desk checking in everyone that booked VIP. Nobody would help at the main front desk, we would be directed to the VIP desk. On top of the long wait to check in the staff said the rooms would be ready at 3pm and when we came back to get room keys they said rooms weren't ready yet wait 5 minutes. Rooms ended up not being ready until 4:30-5pm. Then when we got to our rooms they weren't oceanfront that I booked and paid for. We complained and we were able to switch rooms the following day to ocean view. The food was awful. The "late snacks" were a joke. If you wanted to sit at a bar at night the only place open was the kinky night club and that was awful and a joke. The only way to get food later at night you had to order room service and not everything was included and you had to pay a $15 delivery fee. Also upon check in we were told there are two other sister hotels that are included in the all inclusive we could use all of their restaurants and pools. We went over one night to go to a sports bar at the pyramid sister hotel and as soon as we walked on to the property we had to go talk to an employee and they acted like we were lying about being told we could come over. They called our hotel asked us our room numbers and the names of the staff that told us we could come over. We were told finally we should have been given a runaway paper to go

I like the architecture of the hotel, a great distribution of all spaces, even though it is not a big property. It is very Classy, a complete adult environment. Pool arrangements is great, there is a topless pool and many other activities like foam parties and boat parties

This was our second trip to Cancun and second stay at Oasis Sens. It fits us nicely. It's not too big but big enough to offer variety. It's adult only so provides a little more tranquil environment. Lots to do every day, aquarobics, ping pong, dancing lessons, volleyball, etc. The food is good with a nice variety. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. Recommend it.

This is an excellent option for adults looking for a romantic and sensuous stay without kids and the drunken debauchery of college students. The hotel was tastefully appointed with a fantastic staff that was very attentive to our needs. There was plenty to do and the activities were fun. The shows are well done and in good taste. My wife and I along with one other couple truly had a marvelous time at this resort. And for what is included, it was a great bargain. Of special note was the service we received from Jesus in the Coba and in the Italian restaurant; very attentive and enjoyable.

Pros= Staff very friendly; no dress crode for most restaurants; quick elevator; beach close and convenient with plenty of shade; additional quiet pool; sister resorts nearby; close to bus into town; our A/C worked fine; pool volleyball; Kinky bar very professional and better than most; Moonlight (Italian) restaurant and staff; Raphael's concerns and quick responses; the Black Hole entertaining; evening entertainment by pool and in lobby. Cons= Bit dated; lack of dinner buffet and dinner choices; way too many stairs from breakfast buffet; access to swim up bar awkward; A/C dripped occasionally; lack of A/C in common areas (lobby, lobby bar) and restaurants would probably be very oppressive in mid summer. Biggest complaint was having to pay for wifi and having reception be so poor and not being able to use paid-for wifi in room (7th floor) (best reception near beach!!)

Beautiful grounds and ocean views. Nightly entertainment and poolside was fun thanks to great activity staff. Front desk are less customer service focussed but still moved me when i pushed them re different rooms. Definitely go to the black hole restaurant - what a unique experience. Skip the Mexican, sushi and non stop cocktails are the way to go. Wifi is poor, no connection in high rooms but it's worth it for the sparkly blue view.

The view was great. The room had very poor air conditioning. The staff was nice. Bed linens were old. The rooms were very outdated and in need of a lot of repair. We were very disappointed with the food and the accommodations We would not recommend this resort to anyone. In fact I was just telling friends at dinner back at home how it was very poor.

We arrived there for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, the mini bar in our room had half drunken drinks in it and the room smelled like mold. The room was not decorated for our honeymoon either. However, the food was good and the hotel staff were friendly. We really enjoyed watching the shows in the evening too. The drinks sucked and were not very good at all. Overall, this hotel is clean & has good food. All together I would say that it is a mediocre hotel. Pretty, but mediocre.

The wife and I really enjoyed ourselves. The pool and beach was great. The event staff made it really fun. Thanks to Sabina, yonathan, Antonia and rest of the staff! Also Mauro never let us run out of drinks and Manuel the server was excellent thanks for a great time guys.

not good enough!! in the description says all inclusive! but every time you order room service they charge like 13 dlls, and when we made the reservation nothing describes the extra charge !! the food have a lower at the standard comparing with others hotel in cancun, the morning buffet is not good!! the pool bar people is fun and are quite nice and funny, but the rest of the staff has bad mood face!! the list of drink available is too short! but if you ask for a different drink they will do it! the reservation restaurants are ok.. but not extraordinary!! the rooms smells musty and the bed also!! the bed is comfortable but that's it. The restaurants included on all inclusive choice closed whit out notice because lower occupancy. bathroom drain is not working properly. Because a result of poor drainage in the bathrooms these are dirty!!

Cons: Take note on other reviewers' complaints about their room. We got lucky and didn't have any problems with our room but met other groups that did and had issues (no AC, broken TV) with management to switch rooms. Cleaning service only did our room once on our second day in the later evening. We gave up after that because our stay was only for a handful of days. Just ask for extra towels. Wifi, room service menus, certain restaurants require $. Note: WiFi purchase provides an access code that only allows one device to use WiFi. Can't have multiple devices using the same access code. Because of the hotel size, food options are a bit limiting and closed early. Compared to some hotels with convenience stores and shops located across the street, Oasis Sens isn't situated near anything. Exchange for smaller bills can be done with employees but expect to tip them. Pros: The layout of this hotel is really nice. The lower levels can access the pools from separate entrances instead of taking the elevator. Food options are distributed on both ends of the hotel. Because of the hotel size, you get to know other guests and employees pretty early on. Bus stop is in front of the hotel. Oasis Sens grants you access to the other Oasis hotels. Grand Oasis is only a bus stop or two away. No shuttle service provided between hotels although that was mentioned. Because its adults only,Kinky club exists so that changed things up. Nice staff.

It was a horrible experience. Toilet wouldn't flush, NO AC throughout whole resort INCLUDING room AC, room was HOT HOT! Everything closes early, example swim up bar closes at 5 pm and no towels giving out after 6 pm. Resturaunt servies was very very slow and food was disgusting. After 10 pm there is no place to eat or get good till the next morning. If out drinking at the club, don't expect food after, not even any vending machines. Drinks were watered down. Overall a terrible experience.

Staff welcomed us happily. The facility is beautiful. The pictures on the website do not do this place justice, as it is much more beautiful in person, from the lobby, the rooms, and pool. The staff was friendly. We were apprehensive about the food at first after reading mediocre reviews online; however, the food was very good; restaurant quality. Make reservations ahead of time for certain restaurants in the resort; its worth it & included. Great place to stay if your'e looking to relax; and not party too hard. Entertainment was good; and there is a show every night. Very close to airport.

The lobby is hot (except the front desk), the restaurants are incredibly hot, the rooms seem cooler than the open air hallways, but they are hot. The mini fridge is very warm and the pools are like hot tubs. No one answers the phone, so don't expect a refund. It's a runaround. The taxi drivers said they make great money taking guests to different hotels.

Once we arrived, we were told they overbooked the rooms.. We got transferred to the other Oasis hotel where it's not adult only! Our room was near the pool bar so it was so loud during the daytime. They also promised a honeymoon gift but we never got one even after two calls at the front desk.

No air conditioning when checking in at Lobby. Sweat pouring off us. No air conditioning in the room. After two visits from maintenance and one hour on the phone trying to reach a manager. They gave us a new room with a little bit better air conditioning. Keep in mind the heat index while we were there was 107 farenheight. Meals that came with all-inclusive were average at best. Restaurant where breakfast was served didn't have the air conditioning working during the mornings; or if it was it wasn't able to keep up. Restaurant and Bar staff as well as House Keeping did a great job. It is ashamed their management staff didn't perform as well as them. The excuse we kept being given was that the resort was at full capacity for the first time in months and they weren't able to keep up. The resort needs a serious change at the management level before I would recommend visiting again. It does have potential if some changes are made.

This place is right next to the beach! It's absolutely beautiful - from the 2 infinity pools overlooking the ocean to the several eating options and it had a GREAT club (called Kinky) right in the resort!! This vacation was easily the best vacation I've ever had!

We checked in at midnight after our flight was delayed, the first room they gave us the lights didn't work, the tv remote was missing, the tv had lines in the screen, ground floor room where everyone can see into our windows. Asked for another room higher up- now they put us directly above the first room, even closer the the loud club music next door. The cold water faucet in the tub wasn't working when we were ready to shower, then the hair dryer went out. It took 2 days, 6 calls to the front desk and a night out to dinner with wet hair until they finally fixed it. The next morning the water went out in the whole hotel for 6 hours- the toilets would not flush, no showers, and no washing hands...ew!!!! The Buffett was bad-long line just for eggs in the morning, the only good restaurants were by reservation- the black hole was interesting. Only downer was all the nicer restaurants were also a fixed menu without any choices. The hotel was not crowded so it made pool chair and bar drink access easy. The night time shows at the club only appealed to only homosexual and heterosexual males. Not much appeal to the ladies in the audience. Expedia quoted me the original price and said a specific amount would be paid to the hotel on check in for the extra room guest fee. Expedia didn't mention the hotel would charge an additional $150 due to the current exchange rate that had increased since I booked the room 2 months ago. I feel expedia owes me that additional charge

Cons- Front Desk Manager ignored me when i had a situation with the internet, by the way internet is available but with a charge plus is thrid party managed, so anything that happened with the internet, hotel management does not have to do anything about it and they dont have an on-site solution. My tv was out service at a moment and I had to call 3 time and they never came, I saw someone from maintenance department in another room and I went to that room to ask for help. Few details that need maintenace in the room but no mayor details. Weather and open doors makes the hotel a little bit hot for my taste, room was ok though. Pros- Pool is big and it has a nice bar. Beach is just steps away, room view is great both sides The variety and food flavor was great. You cant miss "the black hole" blind taste experience, love it. Staff was super kind always with a smile. Gay friendly and thatis a plus to me. Night Club was super fun and the shows were really nice. Room were decent size and clean with nice amenities and bed was comfortable. I bougth the VIP so I got premiun drinks... And more benefits. I overall enjoy my stay. I would like to come back.

Overall a good choice if you're looking to relax. No real 'luxury' accommodations, but fine for a quick getaway. Friendly staff, decent food, and no kids!

Do not ever waste your time at Oasis Sense. From having to fight to get soap in my room or even towels, to all of the hidden fees and details that are not accurate on the Expedia site, if you want to waste and lose vacation days and a lot of money, don't bother. I had to tip to order the drink I want or settle for what the bartenders want to make. I got clean soap 3 our of 7 nights, towels only 6 from seven and on one occasion a cleaning lady came in while I was naked, sat there staring at me and yelled at me to get out so I can clean. My phone wasn't working so the front desk told me that there is nothing they can do, including picking up their phone to call. Eventually i did get someone to pick up a phone and call for me, but it should have been the first person. The property has misrepresented itself on the Expedia site as well. It is not by any means all inclusive. Almost everything has a fee, it is not 5 stars by any means (expect 1 star service and 2 star food at a 4 to 5 star property). This place is beautiful, but a nightmare. The only saving grace was 6 employees and the really cool people I met while staying there. I will never go back and never recommend this place.

This was by far the finest vacation experience of my life. The staff were ALL friendly. The room was comfortable and well-apportioned. The adults only aspect was otherworldly. The food was 5-star. I would recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone.

We enjoyed our experience at Oasis Sens. The place was not crowded and food was incredible with lots of choices. The only issue we had was with customer service at the front desk. The we're extremely rude and slow for check in and check out. We also had to use the concierge in the VIP lounge because the one at the front desk either wasn't around or incapable of helping.
