"Nice Hotel"
It was just an overnight to catch a flight at St. Louis airport the next day. Everything was clean. Our only complaint was the pillows were too thick and hard. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and tasty.

"drivers"
This was our first stay at this hotel. Everyone at the hotel was pleasant & helpful. I want to give an extra shout out to the van drivers. Everyone we had went beyond their job with our trips to & from & were extremely nice. They wanted to take care of their customers & did. That is not something we had experienced before on previous trips.

"Great Place"
All was good, clean, courteous, shuttle service to airport 24 hours a day, I used it at 3 AM and all was flawless. 2 minutes from airport via shuttle. I would stay here again.

We flew into St. Louis late and spent the night before our 2 hr drive to the army military base. There was no place to eat nearby. But they provided a bag breakfast for those of us who can't eat early!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Had stayed there previously. Only issue we had was the toilet seat was loos and we were unable to use the shower fixture. Notified front desk when checking out, they were very apologetic.

"First Time Experience"
We were there for only 1 night. But, when we do travel again we will stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our first experience going from the Hampton to the airport via shuttle. The driver was very helpful and friendly. We left our car and when coming back a Hampton driver picked us up at the airport and took us to our car. A very pleasant experience. Thank you Hampton St. Louis!

"Dumb security guard!"
The security guard woke us up to tell us to take our "do not disturb" sign in the room with us when we was inside. And to return it to the front desk when we leave.

"Nice hotel close to downtown St. Louis."
We had excellent service from when we checked in until we checked out. The room was clean and neat. The only complaint was the breakfast. We didn't care for the eggs or turkey sausage but there were plenty of other options to make up for it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

"Hampton experience"
This was a quiet airport especially with it being by the airport. The beds were hard was the one thing that jumped out to us. It hurt to lay on your side for very long.

"Nice place, easy access in St. Louis"
We needed a place on short notice. We were visiting family at Barnes Hospital. This hotel was about 12 miles away, but easy to get to for us--we were out of towners and driving at night. It was restful. Staff was helpful.

"Great place for short stay close to airport"
Very clean, affordable, and rooms are large. Great location for the airport. However, there's not much choice in restaurants, etc within walking distance. You pretty much have one choice of restaurant unless you have a car or are willing to have the hotel shuttle take you.

"Nothing less than Hamton Inn Guality"
The staff were great - Friendly and very helpful. Park in the secured lot. I parked in the front and Was approached 2 times in the parking lot by panhandlers that drove up and both had sad stories and wanted gas money. So I repeat. Park in the secured gated parking lot.

We had 3 rooms and stayed 2 nights. The staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. It was a great place to stay for our St. Louis weekend! I enjoyed the extra parking security of in/out gates w/code required.

The room was ok except for it was a handicapped room so there was no tub. The bed was comfortable enough but the laundry room was right across the hall so it was very noisy. We were extremely tired since we flew in from Canada so the noise really bothered us. It woke me up several times in fact. I think if we would have had a regular room on a different floor, it would have been better. Overall, an ok experience.

"Friendliest Hotel"
We stayed here for the weekend and were 100% satisfied with our stay. We had been in our room maybe 10 minutes when our phone rang and Kitty from the front desk asked if we needed anything and if we were pleased with our room. In the morning when we went downstairs for the breakfast they offered Kathleen greeted us and asked if we needed anything and how was our stay going etc...They were both so friendly and helpful. The room was a great size, comfortable bed, clean, just all around a great place to stay. The complimentary breakfast was very good, yummy coffee, the eating area was comfy and kept very clean. I don't think there is anything negative that can be said about our stay. Only maybe that it was too short. We will definitely stay here again when we visit St. Louis.

We were staying the night before taking a flight the next morning and the parking lot was packed - we would have had to park on the other side of an adjacent hotel. I mentioned this at check in and the very very nice man at the front desk said to park in the reserved spots (we were checking in late and leaving early). That was above and beyond and very much appreciated!!

"Well Run Hotel Close to Airport"
This hotel is located minutes from the airport in St. Louis. We stayed there to avoid any complications associated with an early morning flight. The hotel staff was very welcoming, the room was comfortable, the wifi worked well and the shuttle to the airport was very efficient.

Pleasantly surprised with building, decor, cleanliness, free breakfast, pool, etc. However, the front desk staff very poor at customer service. (They appeared to have difficulty even pretending that they were in a service industry! Even smiling, when it occurred, seemed to take much effort on their part. We stayed 3 days, so it couldn't have just been a fluke.) This could be a superior facility with a few good HR decisions.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was great except for the a/c in our room. It quit working just as we were ready for bed. You cannot control the fan in your room. When I called front desk I was told that it is operated by them and if we tried to change anything it would have to reboot the system (so to speak) and restart. After that, our room was hot all night long and when air did kick on, it was only for a minute and shut right back off. Also, it was very loud in the hallways. We had rude neighbors that were extremely loud slamming doors all night long. Had we been able to run fan all night it could've helped block the noise. So, we were not able to sleep at all the night before our 6am flight. However, staff was so friendly and shuttle was fast and always ready. Would give them another chance!

"Very Disappointed"
We arrived at the hotel around midnight. We unloaded all of our luggage and then went to check in. We were told that there was no room for us and we were being transferred to another Hampton Inn 15 minutes away. No apology - just matter of fact. We reloaded all of our luggage and travelled to the next Hampton Inn. Upon arrival and after unloading our luggage once again, we were told that there was no room for us there. They had a twin double bed room and there were 5 of us. We had booked a twin queen room through Expedia. We told them that we would need enough room to sleep all 5 of us and they gave us a second room. This room was on a different floor so half of us slept in one room and the other half slept in a different room. By about 1:30 in the morning we were in our separate rooms. We were also told that Expedia probably booked us a room when there was not one available. Makes me wonder if we should be booking through Expedia at all. We will not stay at Hampton Inn again (anywhere).

Overall quality of hotel was very good and very convenient to airport. Only negative was that after dropping our rental car at a very nearby rental car agency, the hotel shuttle would not pick us up there. We had to take the rental car shuttle to the airport and have the hotel shuttle pick us up at the airport.
