Midlevel hotel
Hotel was nice, but a bit dated. Rooms were smaller and bathroom was small as well. Standard for Europe, but other hotels in the area have larger accommodations. Fine for the money, just don't expect anything ritzy or modern.

Just "OK"
I would say that my stay was just "Ok", to begin with the bed was definitely not comfortable and unless you book a triple room in general it is small. Also any of the double rooms that says it has a city view is "false". I discussed this with the front desk and they stated "that is what you reserved online, and this is what you get". I felt that they were not very accommodating with my needs. Also my room stayed fairly cold even after I adjusted the temperature. In general the breakfast is fairly good they have a pretty good assortment which is probably the best thing about the hotel. I wouldn't say it's the best but it's not the worst place either. Overall the location is ideal if you want to tour different areas and do some light shopping. I think the hotel staff need to work on customer service however as that is lacking and can be considered rude.

Great stay in Rome.
Spent 3 days sightseeing and shopping before heading home for the holidays. Great staff; friendly and helpful. Within walking for shopping, a number of tourist sights, and Metro station so close to get to other sights. Breakfast was very good.

Pleasant stay
The location was great- close to walking distance from all the attraction but also quiet. The room we stayed in was a little small but the bed was comfortable. The water pressure from shower was great and the breakfast was alglso good.

Good choice
Comfortable room...breakfast was decent...just don't go to breakfast late...a minute walk to metro station...night time can be noisy outside as there's a band that plays outside until about 2am close to the hotel..can be annoying...just use earplugs...staff was helpful when needed..
